I`m pleased that you are planning a trip to the seaside..it will do wonders.
Have a great weekend...you sound much better in yourself today.

Hey Ani - great news that you finally have some funds in your account and can rest knowing you're finally in your 'comfort' zone. I hope you can enjoy your trip to the seaside even though you'll be working hard. Fish and chips in the sea air are fab - you deserve them (and more as others have rightly said) but sometimes it's the simple things that are the best. Try to make sure you get some sleep before going - you've been working so hard as it is, you shouldn't miss out on any more sleep xFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I'm SOOOO pleased to hear the funds are looking healthier! And you might get a day off, a whole day... well, if I were you I'd do exactly what you want with it, even if that means nothing or sleep.
You've earned it!
I won't be home from work until late tomorrow evening, and i'll have to be up at 1.30 am on sunday morning. I've still not decided if its worth going to bed tomorrow, but maybe if i crawl into bed as soon as i get home from work?
FWIW, I find even half an hour is better than nothing. I had four hours yesterday after working the night, then a quick nap before working last night but that was enough to recharge the batteries to do 10.5 hours. Not recommended as a long-term solution, LOL!
Anyway, I should be doing something not sitting here typing but I had to say I'm delighted to hear you got your money. :T:T:TMiggy

Thanks for all your replies guys, its much appreciated. xxxx
Maty, i think i got your birthday wrong, since i've lost track of days and dates. Happy birthday for monday? I'll be back in time for my non event. :rotfl:
Miggy They say the first few hours of sleep are the most beneficial, ( i think ), and its the last stage of sleep, you dream? I may be wrong, as i'm in a trance like state, now.
So i was'nt coming on tinternet tonight, but as ever i forgot to check directions to where i'm going, last night. I knew there was a reason i was online.
Its been a funny old day. I went to pay my cheque in the bank befrore work, this morning, and the cashier said to me, have you considered a savings account? I mouthed to them, i'm bankrupt, so the whole banking hall did'nt know, ( despite the fact probably most of the customers in the bank are, themselves, bankrupt ). You can still have a savings account. No i can't, you've just declined me, when i opened my second basic current account. Thats why i opened it. I'm sure we can do something for you, take a seat. I've got to go to work. Give me your details and someone will call later. One and a half hours later, i'm the proud, astonished, shocked, speechless owner ,of a basic savings account. So speechless, i don't know anything about the account. Brain cells deserted me. Its up and running on tuesday or wednesday, with £10 from my current account ( i do remember that ), so maybe i'll find out what it is. Its amazing the effect a healthy bank balance can have at the counter, at the bank. Sadly alot will disappear at the end of the month. Never mind, i've now got £10 in a SAVINGS ACCOUNT, and £24 in £2 coins. Me. A SAVER ? It beggars belief. I should be paying an ipa in that case. But does saving the odd coin constitute being able to contribute to an ipa? Open to debate, and makes me feel guilty. But at the same time, i feel as though i've been accepted back into the human race, to some extent, thanks to a pleasant, non judgemental, bank clerk, who accepted my efforts to try and keep myself on the straight and narrow, and to help clean up my credit records. I can't quite believe it, there have been so many times i've come close to losing the only bank account i thought i was likely to have, but i have to say the bank has been more then understanding. BH, i've got a savings account, me, who has no money.............Debt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?

I'm impressed
. No bank clerk has ever offered me a savings account!
No, no, no-no... I still remember one who acted as if I was being a nuisance for only wanting to withdraw a fiver from my account, though!
Have fun with the new toy. If that were mine I would want to take it out and polish it, or whatever one does with savings accounts (can you tell I haven't got a proper one?)
And what's more yours has money in it.
Sleep well, I must get some myself soon.Miggy
