what dogs are dangerous?

I am frightened of dogs. Especially big dogs that don't look under control even though they are on a lead. It has been suggested to me many times that dogs "sense" my fear and thus are more likely to attack me.

I am particularly wary of dogs that I am told are completely harmless, soft as butter, sleeps with the baby etc. I would be happy if it was required by law for dogs to be muzzled in public areas.

Yes, you're quite right of course. If war breaks out and we have to rely on beasts to catch prey for dinner, we're all doomed.
