  • At the start of last week I decided that I was big enough and I needed to lose weight. Ive managed to lose 4lbs in 6 days. This is probably over the top but I felt I needed to kick start my efforts. If I lose 3lbs this week Ill be happy. I plan to lose a stone at least. I dont like the way I look, my knees hurt and I always feel bloated so I had to do something. I keep track of my calorie intake on the pc so I know where I am and keeps me focused. I never thought that I could do it but for the first time in a long time I'm determined to suceed in something.
