Shabby Chic; Volume III

Hi everyone
I'm just waiting to receive this spice rack I brought off ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250723278464&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT#ht_895wt_1127 and I can't decide weather to 'shabby chic' it or just polish it, so I would love to know what everyone on here would do - would you shabby chic it or just polish it and have it as it is? Also, if you would shabby chic it, where would you paint and where would you leave as it is? Would you put wallpaper/fabric in the back?
Thanks in advance!0 -
Hi Everyone,
haven't posted for a while as have been busy painting the kitchen cabinets in my new house!

Crusty, yours kitchen looks beautiful. I am so envious of what a lovely space it is too.
Would you mind sharing what you did and used to achieve such a brilliant transformation - I love hearing about what everyone else did!0 -
Crusty, what a difference! Your kitchen looks fantastic! Funnily enough you've got the same (or similar) tiles that I've been looking at for our kitchen. Where was your light fitting from? Love it all0
