Hi there Euripidesralph,
That's brilliant, I will go and have a look in Wilko later, although the rain here has stopped any plans of spraying today.
Is the paint called Cream, or does it have a fancier name? I was looking at Plasti-Kote porcelain on the web, but not sure if that was the right colour.

Well i have finally done it!! finished my daughters new dressing table, i did have a few "sticky" moments as i wanted to cover the support for the mirror in the same stuff as i used on the drawers - but i couldn't get it to work, kept coming unstuck, thought i would try and do it in two pieces, that didn't work either so ended up taking off what was on there and rubbing down and starting again, but to be honest im well pleased with it.

Hi Pooky, Thanks for that! Out of curiosity, how much did you pay as need to work out if it's a deal! It does split in 2 and we'd use a local man with a van! It'll take a fair amount of paint, that's for sure!
I paid £200, it's in immaculate condition. I've been looking for an overly large one for a while, can't wait to actually start using it."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -

Thank you ALL for your kind words - and YES!! i am so proud of it, i just hope my daughter likes it, were moving home this weekend and i have spent the last three weeks or so doing bits for her new bedroom; i must admit i have gone a bit over the top on the mirrors, but my mum said she would like one and i think i will keep the other one for my self, as there is the big one on the dressing table and also a free standing cheval mirror - that i haven't yet got around to doing anything with yet - for my daughter Now all i have to do is decorate her room!!
Get to show it all to my daughter tomorrow morning - so fingers crossed...Very proud to be Strip club member No 430
