Thanks, I am following you. :)

Today the most wonderful, unexpected thing happened. I accidentally saw what someone who works for me input into my yearly review ( we have to get 360 feedback from the team). I don't know who wrote it although I have narrowed it down a bit.

This is what the person said

C**** has provided a tremendous amount of support to me onthe so and so account. Despite my being assigned to the so and so MoW portionand C**** managing the US, there is nothing she cannot help with. During a recent CAP case, C****was the only person from the account teamto step up and assist instantly tackling the politics and ensuring everyoneunderstood their role and the so and so set up. She also has a very calmingeffect on very irate customers and partners, not mincing her words she getsstraight to the point and leaves everyone aligned and sentiment high. Herknowledge of the account and her way of dealing with people isexemplorary. She has also provided great mentorship outside of the so and so account which has helped me immensely with my handling of not only the account but myown career progression within so and so company - she always has time whatever time of dayor night or no matter how busy. She is always the first to volunteer to helpand is always there if we need to seek assistance and advice, and no matter howshe is feeling she always has a smile and goes that extra mile.

(i edited it to say so and so and take my name out)

    Hiya,

I took it ages ago and I cant remember what I was. I would love to take it again as I am contemplating a career change. What do you think of the test as being a good/reliable indicator of people's temperment and sensibilities?

    Thanks Fortune.

So I know this sounds unbelievable but I just went out to my car and someone has hit the back bumper and scratched and dented the back driver wheel well. I am just defeated!

  • I'd be defeated too :o.

I suppose if there were any other parking options you would already be using them?

It would probably be cheaper for the insurance company to hire a full time security guard to look after your car than keep paying out, but I don't think they would go for that .....
