Hello NewLeaf, :hello:Hello Dear Friends in the box. Sorry I have stayed away so long.
It's lovely to see you posting again; I for one have missed you. :smileyheaWork: fatal and going into the city every day
Erm, not quite fatal I hope! :eek:Mum: better and has filed for divorce
Good; very glad to hear Mom has decided on the change she needed to make; hope she can now see a more positive future.Fat: reducing
Likewise.Debt: a little less because I had to get some new work suits (I didn't think people still wore suits but they do)
Erm, guilty. But then I hate shopping for clothes, so my wardrobe only has two options; formal or slob. Anyone who would be offended by slob [ie. bank manager, wedding party or funeral] gets formal.
Easy. However loads of people around me are getting married so cupid must be somewhere.
Good for them - let's hope their relationships last! ..Don't be tempted to compare them with your own situation though, because the odds are that at least two-thirds are about to make an expensive mistake!
(Call me a cynic but sadly that's true - "Until Death us do part" - doesn't seem to mean what it says these days).
Has anything happened re the school development you were concerned about?
Oops, gotta run; visitors inbound! Hope you get a chance to drop in to the diaries again soon - have a virtual (((hug))).0 -
Great to ' see' you NL...sorry that domestic stuff is not great. Work too. But at least your mum benefitted from her extended stay this side of the pond. Sounds like she is being decisive anyway..
Take care and keep smiling!

Hey, you made an appearance GOOD!
Right onwards and upwards then huh?
Mom sounds like she is making progress or at least decisions which is positive.
You will be fine with work, just takes a bit of getting used to with a different rhythm to the day. Bet you look good in the suits!
