It was lovely to get home yesterday and see OH and the dogs and sleep in my own bed!

I have an actual bank deposit to make today of £259 whoot!

So while I was away I barely walked averaging abut 3,500 steps per day which is about like being a slug. Just to even things out instead of my usual 1500 Kcals per day I probably ate 3,000.

So in backwards progress I have managed to bring 5lbs home with me. I may have found some of the ones Piq dropped.

Have a banging headache but off to the gym anyway xx

Don't you go blaming me! I warned you I'd dropped 3lbs and they were lying around somewhere :rotfl:

I'm not surprised jet lag has kicked in. I am surprised you managed the gym!:T

Glad to have you safely back home, cant believed you dragged yourself to the gym and stumbled upon those pounds that Piq left behind ! I really hope you left them well alone, Piq wont be impressed if you send them back ! I on the other hand have been incredibly naughty and with one thing and another going on, I havent been to the gym for a month despite paying the extorionate fees. There have been many very good reason in my defence, I havent jsut been shirking my responsibilities, but I do need to find some form of routine and get my sorry ar£e back down there. :o

hello dear friends, feeling better but still not 1005 "with it"

off to the gym at 9. I go to an incredibly cheap one £15.99/mnth and when I say basic no pool etc. All the body odour you want is free there however !

Lots of rain down this way and it seems as though it is meant to carry on.

This week I wil apply for my actual British passport which is an unplanned expense but I have now sold enough tat on Fleabay to pay for it xx
