Hi hope you are feeling better and your trip home was good, even though it was for business . We fly back tomorrow and I have successfully packed and stuffed as many bottles of riesling as I can into two suitcases. If I am over, there will be two rather drunk english people on the flight home....:) x (but saved a fortune so very mse)0

Hello dears!
Piq: How is the pedometer working out? I havent done any walking yet today, but plan to get out about noon so I can also get some sun.
When I get home I am going to take on a second job so that I can really attack our bills better. More than anything I want to be debt free and an average weight.
xx
I'm finding when I work at Pr*t, done three days now, I average about 12,000 steps and that's with a four second delay before the pedometer starts counting:eek: Maybe, this will trigger my weight loss? I've only been using it for five days though, so I'll have to wait and see if it makes a difference. I do find I try to do extra walking just to get the figure up. I don't do one journey up the stairs carrying three things, I do three journeys carrying one thing:o

well it has been very hot and humid here. I had a few no spend days and a frew low spend days (under US $5) which is a blessing. Diet has been an issue with fat and portions going out the window. Back on track when I get home. xMortgage: £280,752/ £262,515.84

Bet you are looking forward to getting home now ?
Those blastest portions out there are a nightmare arent they ? Its the breakfasts that do me, and I dont usually eat breakfast, but when in the US I just have to have pancakes, maple syrup, blueberry syrup if theres some going begging with bacon and any extras I can possibly convince them to give me !! We have now found a great place for brekkie in Camden Passage that we treat ourselves to (once a year these days !) for a lovely big breakfast !
Glad you are doing well with the Pedometer Piq. I am the proud owner of 5, I kept buying them as they either fell off and smashed or seemed to stop working halfway through the day ! Pre dodgy back if I hadnt hit my 10,000 steps by the end of the day, I would run up and down the stairs like a mad woman before bed in order to reach the magic number ! xLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

I preder zaftig ha ha ha!
oh so pedometer not getting much action today, it's 32c here and I may melt.
Have got my Mom into the spirit of FleaBay and have listed 22 items for her, so far a whopping $37.97 but still 3 days to go. I hope to raise $100 for her (what's hilarious is she is as rich as Roosevelt) but she just likes to watch the bids.
I still have about 10 more things to list for her but I am wiped out from work today so will have to wait for the 'morrow
My idiotic stepfather drank a quart (not sure what that is in litres) of buttermilk since Tuesday and I am glad there are 2 full baths in the house. My question to my mom "did he grow up on a farm?" My Mom "It sure smells like it"
Miss Malaprop for today:
Her to me "I have a bunch of these squishy lumps on my body, they dont hurt but I am going to the doctor"
Me to her " Are they pimples?"
Her "No."
Me to her " are the bumps flesh coloured?"
Her to me "I can't tell they are under my skin!"Mortgage: £280,752/ £262,515.84
