So happy to see you -

That broomstick was looking rather cramped, so I will be winging my way to West London on my elephant instead even though you have returned to us.

THEY need to pull their finger out of the posteriors and find the money. At least you have proof you paid, so other than the stress involved in sorting it out I would try and put that on the back burner. For whatt its worth they have actually been responding to my stern letters recently, so if you havent already done so maybe one of those detailing all the payments etc so you have that paper trail might work and saves picking up the phone which you hate to do. Teaching you to suck eggs here I am sure.

Mum sounds tough, not sure what to say on that one as I think I have missed bits of your diary where you have mentioned how mum is doing.

What does OH say about work situation ? . Sounds like you really don't want or need the upheaval . Is the promotion worth forking out the extra fares for ? xx

    Ok honey
If I had know where you we I would have traipsed across more of London yesterday to ferret you out! The would have meant doing the whole east to west malarkey too!

So some questions to get you thinking:
I second Pinot suggestion WRITE to THEM with evidence of payments then leave it, if no joy write as complaint and the use it as leverage to get fees taken off.
    So Mom,
Have you spoken to SD? Anyone else close to her?
Can you call anyone Stateside to get get help e.g. Doctor.
Call mind, sane, rethink, or in fact any of the UK charities to get YOU some support. Do this soon. You need to have help to help her.
Speak to your doctor I know she is no entitled to free help but with insurance things are possible. Even without things are possible.

    Now work:
will the promotion mean you enjoy work more?
    Is the job nicer?
Why do normal business hours and getting out the house make you unhappy? Is this a hassle factor or just change and so scary?
What impact will it have if you don't take it, would it harm ability to move back Stateside which you have mentioned ?

Finally, here is a huge virtual hug. Be kind to you, write the THEM letter, talk to OH, keep talking to OH, write a pros and cons list for the job and then answer the question on that one once and for all. Mom will need outside help. This may be taking her back home.

You are winning, you will finish and it will be fine. We are here. Keep talk to us!

    Love and hugs x

Glad you are back, freaky stalker diary reader here to but in un-neccessaryily.

Can they really force you into promotion? Or is it a case of it would look bad if you didn't?

    Nevertheless she persisted.

Magic hat on tight thanks to Dorothy. Starting to feel a bit more linear in my thinking, when I listen to my Mom sometimes she spins my head all around. It's 17 days until the end of the fiscal quarter at work, everyone of my guys is at 130% of their quota for the tear already ( we are in Q2!) so they don't want to sell any more and just want to play Golf (they are capped at 130%) and I have one straggler who is only at 40% of his number for the year (he should be at 60%, summer is usually quiet) so he is a ball of stress and started crying to me (literally) on the phone last night that 2at least he has a lovely wife! so he is crying, mom is crying, I feel like crying, and I need to find him a $4m sale in the next few days.

Need to keep the magic hat for at least a few more days

PS my pile is gone so that is positive!

OMG no wonder your head is spinning ! Mine would be going round and round quite literally. Maybe you should have a cry, a big huge tantrum, scream and stomp around and get it all out. You might feel better then !! :rotfl:I give the best advise....not !

I am so pleased to hear about the pile . It was worrying me !!

I will squish my head into my Magic Hat ( 2 hats might be better than one !) and send Magic Happy thoughts your way. :D

Hello my lovely so sorry I haven't been around this week but you have been in my thoughts. Hope things calm down soon for you, it sounds so stressful and really not surprising you feel like running and hiding in a darkened room, but please don't as we all worry about you.

Excellent advice as always for Missrlr
