Great news on the bonus' just at the right time too. Paying off THEM will be such a weight off your mind.

  • Okay, I am going to have another go at belly dancing tonight - I have mastered head sliding from side to side, hip flicks and shoulder shimmies, just got to get to grips with swivelling the old hips - undulating would seem to be presenting my old bones with difficulties.

Post undulation I thought I would you tube your friend and mine Leslie Sansome, and have a nice walk. Mr Dot, however, complains when I do this as my wedge heeled platform boots make a right racket on the laminate flooring. I know that I should remove them and wear sensible trainers, but they are my signature footwear dontcha know.

How many miles do you do NL? I have been known to do 3, however not all in one go on account of I have to keep going to the loo, bladder control is not what it used to be:eek:

Hands up who is going to join the undulating fun tonight?

I used to walk about 2 miles with Doglet each day,now I just cough

And as for undulations well, DH works nights so the only people likely to "see" that are you all. Aren't you lucky!

I will sit and wiggle as no one needs to hear me coughing more than I have to!

  • Oooh yes, I like the sound of those:j

I have to thank you for introducing the word undulate into my extensive vocabulary. I knew immediately what it meant (however it was used in context which always helps) however I don't believe I have ever used it in conversation..........until now that it is!

Another stock sale hit my account so I am going to pay them another £1,000 tomorrow. I am sure whatever I do won't be good enough but at least it shows intent.

Big row with mom so popped a diazepam so might start telling you all how I love you..

Off on annual leave next week as I mentioned so will do housework and try the 3 mile in home Leslie walk every day. De-stress is my main goal. X

  • Oh Darling, I'm sorry to hear that you have fallen out with our Mom (did I tell you that she had adopted me - well we are twins after all) I think she felt sorry for me as I am an orphan.

More money to THEM - you really are going for it - the magic hat certainly has done the trick with your debt busting, and the undulating with your weight - we are heading in the right direction my love, and picking up speed. Chin up, Darling, you have your MSE family and we will NEVER fall out with you.
