Xbox console £279.xx plus gotw (the godfather) definitely no discount being given of £20 as promised on the large poster charts for Xbox. Took a photo with camaraphone and held a newspaper up close to poster - this proves the day the poster was on display:p . I went to 6 stores but only two had correct poster suggesting "save £20" and actually had stock of both items, which i bought. Decided not to bother cust services coz each branch only had one console in stock.( no advice necessary thanks, i know what i am doing:D ) I am confident a fresh delivery/stock will be back in few days, wouldn't want them to take the poster down just yet would we :beer: . Will go back then and if stock of console and gotw, will see if discount comes off again - yes i do have more than 1 child in the family who me no !!!

Legally when you present your basket/trolley at the check-out you are making the 'offer to purchase', it is then upto the Retailer to 'accept your offer' to make the contract. That is why no Retailer is under any obligation (legal) to sell you a mispriced item.
