His was on an in date poster for w/c 29/09/06 with Fifa 07 as GOTW. Dont really want to call HO given some of the horror stories but will do on Monday.
Just wanted to check that they weren't able to wriggle out by saying its not a DS console its a DS Lite :rolleyes:

Yes....if there is a different per kg price on the pack....you must be charged that price......which is an overcharge

Then you've definitely got no worries, as you have been overcharged on a current offer where the discount has failed to come off. The manager knew this and that is why he tried hard to get you to accept the offer he was making to you. He KNOWS CS will tell him to refund in full. Sounds like he's been caught before, too.

i guess im in with a good chance then seeing as it was the godfather and this weeks game of the week. im just glad ive been reading everything on here this last week, my sons wanted one for ages, thanks you lot for all the advise, i love this site

GOTW posters are almost extinct - hooray


Isn't everyone a bit bored of the X-Box saga ?, personally im glad that it has almost finished, hopefully things will soon start to calm down again soon, hopefully 50% of the recent newbies will give up soon, especially with stories of life time bans and no consoles available.
