Has anyone heard back from HO regarding overpriced GOTW + Console?

I got a PS2 and GOTW Kingdom Of Hearts and was overcharegd £20.

Werent going to give it to me instore the R n R so phoned HO on the 29th.

They said someone would look into this and ring me back on the Monday (1/10) but no answer, has anyone heard from them?
