Errrr, what's happenned to your bed?
My OH's parents can't possibly sleep on an air mattress!!! You must be joking. When we go to theirs we have to sleep on the world's most uncomfortable sofa bed but that's entirely different.
Like the fact that when we go to theirs, we have to watch what they want to watch (old movies and detective shows) and when they come here - we have to watch what they want to watch too!! My beautiful sofa will also be out of bounds for me for 2 days, hence the beanbags.
Sorry, bit annoyed as you can tell. My OH has come back from work in a foul mood. Not one word of gratitude about the flat and he chucked his coat on the floor. So not happy right now .

I know, I keep telling him that. He is 6 years older than me and I am still more mature. He apologised 10 minutes after that and surprisingly his mum had a go at him and told him to be more respectful towards me.

I am taking the chance to sit on my sofa whilst I can as OH's parents are still in bed. I have been up for an hour as took OH to the train station. I think his parents are going out all day so I am taking off round my mum's and going into town with my sister.
The air bed wasn't too bad but I can't stand sitting on a beanbag for too long as I end up slouching and my back then hurts. However, I have 3 nights to myself Thurs/Fri/Sat as OH is visiting his mate in London :j.
I can hear voices in the bedroom so I am getting in that bathroom first!!

Well, the (maybe in the future) in-laws have gone. They went first thing this morning. So pleased that I will have my flat back tonight as I was soooo bored last night. His dad was watching some god awful old film, I was bored out of my brain and couldn't stop yawning (sat on my uncomfy beanbag). I was really tired but nobody took the hint and they didn't go to bed until 11.30pm. I think they would have stayed awake longer but I put my PJs on as my last hope of them vacating the living room!!
I did do some surveys last night though which is good and I got a free meal last night at Beefeater (sausage and mash).
I took my mum Christmas food shopping this morning and scored myself some free shopping (I offered to pay but she was having none of it). I then went and renewed my flat lease for another year (cost me £47 for the pleasure though - thieving letting agents!).
Also got £15 from OH's auntie & uncle for us to buy something for the flat. OH told me to put it in the petrol tank.
I have started thinking about birthday and Christmas presents for next year. The first one that I have is my friend's in January. I was thinking of getting her something from Amazon. I should have some vouchers through by next week and I only usually spend a fiver so will have a look on there nearer the time.
The next is my gran's in March which I am saving my Lightspeed points for a £10 M&S voucher and obviously mother's day which my Amazon vouchers should cover. Valentine's day will just need a card and I might see if I can get some leisure vouchers for a meal or something but don't really need to get him anything then.
Will update on my question total tonight when I finish working. It's not looking good.

Hi!
I've just come across your thread and didn't want to read and run. Your idea is great and very creative. How are all your totals going? I'm going to look into these on line questions etc and mystery shopping. Sounds like a good way making a little extra.
It annoys me immensly paying for the priveledge of STAYING in the same property - we have to pay £100 everytime we renew our contract! Thieves!
All the best with your diary - I started mine a while agao too. Find it really helpful.

Hi Polly
My challenge stalled for a bit so I am now going to start again from January. Wanted to get Christmas out of the way first.
I can't believe that you have to pay £100 to renew your contract!! I thought £47 was steep but that is just ridiculous. The problem is that they can charge what they like. There should be some sort of regulation regarding how much they are allowed to charge.
Going to have a nosey at your diary now.

Yay - just redeemed on Bingoport for a £5 Amazon voucher so I am now waiting for £30.
I have also joined the £2 coin savers club.

Woohoo!! Today is the day that just keeps on giving :T. Came home to find £3 worth of Luncheon Vouchers waiting for me for a survey I did the other day. Completely forgot that I switched from Paypal to Luncheon Vouchers again. I now have a plan to save them up and use them for a valentines day meal.
