Maybe I just took them in the manner in which they were intended and not as some sort of personal attack on the OP though. A lot of people really just need to chill out.

Up until this thread, I've found freddie's posts to be quite amusing.

Comments about compo, children shouldn't have expensive gadgets, JJB are innocent aren't of any relevance. Once that item was handed in they should have taken more care, I find it hard to believe they're as lax when a card is left (and I'll put my house/money/children that that happens every day).

To be honest I am a little Awestruck this thread has continued into its second week and has now detracted away from the initial issues, the loss of the iPOD. You will note I use the word loss, rather than stolen, as it was lost in the first instance.

I would like to let others know what the police said how they handled it, what they did to track the woman down, what procedures JJB now have in place, and that the grandson has been reunited with his ipod.
