i'm having VM cable broardband installed soon int my new place, but i can't find a link for this £10 sim with 300 calls and text.

could someone point me in the right direction?

Text the word 'balance' (without the quotes) to 789789. You will find out within seconds if you are on the correct package as you will get a text back telling you how many free mins and texts you have left. If you login to your online account, it will also tell you what package you are on.

On the virgin website, they have two sim only packages, the one discussed here, 300 minutes and 300 texts, for £20 and also a texter tariff, 200 minutes and 500 texts for £20. Has anyone been offered this tariff instead for the discounted £10 a month?

doh, also got a problem with the credit check. I have just moved house for the 7th time in about 5 years (student) so i imagine they can't trace me at that address.

I also failed Credit check, and after getting my report from Equifax, the only item that looked dodgy was that I wasn't registered on the Electoral Roll for my current address as I moved recently. !!!!!! !!
