I tried to prebook meals when I booked and it kept saying restaurant full I am assuming that is how they are going to make their money as you don't seem to be able to prebook meals on this cruise thus saving 10-15% has anyone tired calling them about this?:rolleyes:0

Congrats to you all on your great "freebie" ,possible post of the month ?
Was one of the unlucky ones who arrived too late!!
Have been to Norway quite a lot and a word of warning to take your Brollies (if it hasnt already been mentioned).
Bergen is The rainiest city in Europe and it certainly lives up to its name.!!
This is outweighed by the overall beauty of it though.Moneysaving? - I cant stop spending because of this site!0 -

I think that the prices are quite similar to the boat to Amsterdam, I seem to remember the breakie being £7. I paid particular attention to it as it is probably the only meal that I will be purchasing lolDon't sweat the small stuff ................It's all small stuff!0 -
thanks sharon
awww ,rainy ? well at least we are used to that in wales lol
was hoping for snow oh well never mind lol0 -
Ok folks, thanks to the below posting you can sort out your rail travel half price using the link below.
If travelling to a station on the GNER route(or from London)make sure you book the GNER portion separatly as sngle GNER advance tickets. This makes say Peterboro to Newcastle £4.50 each way!
The offer finishes thurs 05/10 and you can only book 3 months in advance,so no use to those on the cruise in Feb.
