If you log in on the site there is a link which says 'amend booking' or something like that. You could try that.

I have tried it that way, can only change the dates and # of ppl :-(

    Might have to phone them.

Please check out the following DFDS link for details pre booked meals on all services

    http://www.dfds.co.uk/DSW/EN/Singlepage/Meals

At current (Travelex) exchange rate opf 12.05NOK to the £, pre-booking save only around 50-60p per meal, so only 10% on breakfast.

Saving on Smorgasbord is only 4%. Saving on other meals is about 3%.

    Don't see '10-15%' savings anywhere!

When booking your trip, book your meals as well. It’s convenient and rewards those who plan ahead with an average saving of between 10-15%!*

Children eat for Half listed prices, when eating with adults.

*Based on adult eating breakfast and Carvery dinner buffet on both outward and return journey. Savings may vary from route to route. Dependent on exchange rate.

This is what is showing on the link

How do you amend the date/no of people?

When I click on the alter booking link and try to change anything I just get a box saying the trip has sold out.
:T Big thanks to everyone who posts comps :T

I dont mind going in November but wonder if the crossing would be calmer in Feb. Had a real bad experience once in Kos.

Me too. Day trip to Nissaros, the volcanic island. So rough, everybody was sick going. Got off the boat, straight on a wooden-seated bus up a winding road to the top of a volcano. Got off the bus, overwhelming smell of sulphur (rotten eggs). Sea was even rougher going back to Kos - a Greek guy told us when we got back that the captain wanted to stay overnight on the island but the Airtours rep persuaded him to set off. I vomitted whilst seated on the outside deck and the wind blew it down the rest of the row. Everybody was fine about it, very sympathetic. I must admit, I've booked for Feb half-term but I'm a bit worried about 2 small children, weather, and being on the boat for so long.

Teehee, we were on the DFDS ferry from Bergen to Newcastle last August, and boy it was rough!   (Seriously, one of the worst nights of my life... half of it spent in the loo, other half on the cabin floor..._pale_ _pale_ _pale_ ) I'd hate to think what it's going to be like in wintertime... :p

But fingers crossed, have fun guys, I'll be thinking of you! I'm sure it'll be fine - lots of fun anyway!

(And BTW the buffet meals are a very MSE way of doing things - unless it's rough weather :o).
