First day today of picking up DS3 and DD2 at the same time. I went to DD2's classroom first and she was first one out. I then trotted round to DS1's classroom and it was deserted and he had been sent to the office. How am I expected to be in 2 places at the same time? I asked that he be allowed to walk round to the reception playground but that upsets the PC brigade:mad:.

Oh I am so glad that isn't just us that hapened to since they went back.. 4 days this happened out of the 6 they have been back!

Adding list now.. I fell asleep in the middle of doing it las night.. think I was tired!!!

Monday ~ Kitchen and Dining area
Level One
Sweep and mop the floor
Shine the sink!
Level Two
Wipe fronts of appliances and units
Descale the kettle!
Wipe table and replace cloth if needed
Level Three
Clear and wipe window sills
Quick s&s of the fridge


Extras

1. Sort all those unpaired socks!!
2. Wipe skirtings
3. wash windows
4. Thoroughly clean out 1 cupboard

Tuesday - Master bedroom & landing
Level One
Strip and wash sheets
Vacuum and turn mattress before replacing clean sheets
Level Two
15 minutes floordrobe clearance
Change duvet for winter one if you need to.
Vacuum floors
Level Three
Sort stuff from the top of the wardrobe.. don't hurt yourself just if you can!!
Sort that present cupboard.. incorporate what you can to birthday/christmas list
Sort through a box of junk fom the landing

Extras

1. Tidy floor of the wardrobe!
2. Binbag dance
3. Sort under bed!
4. Collect all the dirty laundry from upstairs!

Wednesday ~ Living/family areas.
Level One
Clear and vacuum floors
Clear and vacuum sofas.. wipe away any sticky grubby marks
Level Two
Dust and deweb.. shine any glass/mirrors/electricals
Hang winter curtains and stock up on coal/oil etc for stoves if needed
Binbag dance
Level Three
Vacuum under furniture you can move safely
Check windows and doors for draughts and sort them before winter bites your bum!
Sort out ALL the paperwork strewn about.. put it all in a heap and work through it!

2. Sort out one drawer/cupboard
3. Sort a pile of stuff you have been ignoring for an age!
4. Tidy a bookcase

Updated lists below .... just sitting having a cuppa before I start to get ready for lunch out (s'pose I ought to make an effort and put the old slap on ). Got an hours journey to get there too so need to be on the road by about 10.45 - having an early lunch so I can be back for DS haircut.

My list for this week.
Sew button back on pj's.
Sew lining on front hall curtains, then wash and hang.
Find dryer balls in utility room. Behind dryer
Bring in stuff from big shed and wash.
Sort stuff for tip and bring to tip.
Bring christmas box in and put in attic.
Clean inside of all windows.
Finishing cleaning the outside of back windows.
Fill in paperwork.
Make a list of christmas pressies and birthdays (7 between November and December)
Wash all throws and cushions in livingroom. Now drying.
Find a nice rug for kitchen.
Price oil. £220 for 500 litres
Start bagging up clothes for school.
Price floor for hall.

Hi,

I'm glad it's Living room day , i decided to do that this morning as it needed hoovering badly. I'm going to see what i can cross off.

Crafty when i had one they only came in the kitchen ( after i'd unplugged and hid all my extension leads:o )
