    Morning All

Hugs to everyone as so many people had bad days yesterday - hope everyone has a better day today.

Toots - you were up very late and when are you going into hospital?

So far this morning, I've unloaded and reloaded the TD and WM. Going to do a HHI now and then get dressed.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

  • Good morning  It's Friday :j:j:j:j:j (sorry A'n'W's ;) )

Toots - I would be delighted with that necklace - the fact that it's hand made would make it even more special.

I opened my undersink cupbaord last night and I've had a huuuuuuuuuge spillage (of silver dip  ). Cue me on hands and knees removing everything, and mopping up the spill (luckily I keep it lined with newspaper under lino offcuts, so not much actual "leaking" :) ). Is "clearing a cupbioard thoroughly" on the list :rotfl::rotfl:

Was going to see what tasks I could do before work, but no list yet :o Hope all is well pigpen :)

Off to get breakfast for DD, and tidy up downstairs.

    See you all later :A

Wow, it takes an age to catch up with this thread.
    Hya all,
Have now found dining table and most of dining room floor:)
wm on and looks promising for drying on line:)
Still addressing Mount Cluttermore - sometimes it seems insurmountable:( Need to remember all the stuff removed - we've recycled loads of bags of stuff:)
In Pigpen's words: looking at every day like a new opportunity to get stuff done is the only way to make a difference
    Fantastic approach, thanks:)
Right hugs and spoons to all who need, must get on, cheers m'dears
ETA Toots the necklace looks lovely, very presentworthy:)

Morning all, not sure if I'll get much flying done today, we're off out to lunch with MIL and FIL (they're down this way for a short break). They're paying though which is fab :D :money:

I'm also feeling really tired, not sure why, but being a bit older and wiser than my younger years, I've learned to listen to my body a bit more. I'll see how I feel when I get back this afternoon.

DS also has to go for a haircut this afternoon so really the only time I'll get to clean is tonight.

Right, school run is calling, hope everyone has a good day. Catch up with you all a bit later

  • Morning all

Off on the school run in a bit but have managed to get the WM and TD on this morning and get both kidlets dressed and breakfasted. OH is going away to a car show at the weekend, and went into the garage last night for the spare quilt (don't ask why it was in there, garage and loft are OH's domain and we have clothes and blankets in the garage and car parts in the loft  ) and has asked for it to be washed. Well there's no launderette I can walk to and it categorically wont fit in the washing machine so I don't know what he expects me to do! Oh well, have stripped it and at least the covers are in the WM, and the pillows will be next. He's working away tomorrow night too, and I'm not looking forward to being on my own with the children, especially as Jake has his first set of inoculations tomorrow :(

Oh well, hopefully I might get some time to myself at some point in the not so distant future....well I can dream!

Once I've dropped Ollie off hopefully I can get the sheets on the line as it's sunny and bright here this morning, then tackle the conservatory. Hopefully can get it tidy before Jake needs feeding at 10, then S&S the kitchen and sweep and mop con and kitchen before I have to pick him up. That's the plan anyway...

No list yet, hope everything is OK chez pigpen. See you soon

  • Hello peeps - I have never read a Flylady thread before - quite inspirational. Where are Wednesday's jobs I should be doing? I am a student nurse so my most important job this week is to write up 2 essays that I have been avoiding for Weeks ! So maybe next week I will join in!

    Morning all,

Massive hugs Toots, i hope today's a better day for you.

OH's car is still in the garage , i'm glad i'm not paying for it. He's still got mine so i'm car less again. Ds1 and Dss had to walk to school this morning so i didn't have to rush around so much this morning which has been nice.

My dailies are done and i've ironed Ds2's school tshirts as despite me being really careful washing and drying they were still really creased. There the only things i've ironed in the last 2 weeks so it's not all bad.:D
