http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/60076365 as it needs to be kept inside and the only place i can think of storing it is the understairs cupboard.

    Hi everyone.

Just catching up with Fred..... again.:D

Toots I love the necklace. If I have a weakness, it's jewellery, and that's absolutely stunning! I always feel that anything hand-made has a special bit of magic included, too.:o

Kazmeister may the tears be dried and the dark places lit.:o

Shysarah sounds like you could use a gentle (((HUG))). Never had gall bladder troubles (touch wood) but I understand chronic pain very well. Worrying about your cousin and your sister won't be helping you, either – I hope everything works out OK on all fronts.

Vanilla thanks for the heads-up on the Sky dish insurance scam. I generally let the answering machine do the work if the phone rings, but if Mr LW happens to be here, he'll answer it, so I'll let him know about that.;)

We made it to the restaurant last night after all – I knew Mr LW would be mega-disappointed if we'd had to cancel, so I really pushed myself. It was a superb meal, and we had champagne:beer:; predictably though, I'm pretty much spoonless again today, and getting further and further behind with the lists.:(

I have to make bread today, also celery soup, and I'll just have to have 5 or 10 minute flutters I think, and see how far I get.:o
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Before i start it sounds like some people are having a hard time.........out of the dark comes light. Hugs to all that need them. xxxxx

I've got to catch up with yesterday although have stripped the bed.My bedroom is really small which is actually a really good thing. I swapped so that 2 of my children could share. Should really only take 20 mins as my wardrobe in their room and sorted that out the other day. I have been really ruthless as well. The end of my relationship seems to be the start of my de-cluttering! I have sorted most of his paperwork out now. Hes taken nearly everything else. He just needs to see which cd's he wants. I am in the right frame of mind now to deal with this and just want it all gone.

    My extras
Need to go in loft as my DS2 is going to a party and think one of her 'winter'party dresses is up there! Also as i am absolutely freezing today i want to get winter stuff prepared!
Got some bits to sell on ebay
Phone wedding dress shop about getting a photo of dress so can sell it
Send ebay stuff and letter to Aunt in Canada DONE
Write babysitting advert for DS1 DONE[

This week i really have to clean out cupboard where boiler is (its BIG!) as plumber coming and right now it'll be a mission to get in!
Have half weeded garden earlier so need to finish that too
Finish all ironing- probably do this tomorrow am when DS at nursery and will catch up on recorded TV while doing it!!!

Going to do HHC. 12-45-1.15! Join me if you like. xxxx

    Hi Wilf,

I dont post much here anymore, as if I do, I dont leave myself much time for flying. But i do still follow the lists each week and got to the point where you are now! I just felt the house was never actually clean/tidy and I was just scraping the surface each week - mostly because I never find/make the time to do the proper clear out jobs when they appear on Pigpens List!

I went round each room with a pen and paper and wrote down the things in that room that I want/need to deal with first...things that are not general day to day cleaning.

When that room is Pigpen's room for the day, I then try to do at least ONE of the things from my own list.

I also have a general TO-DO List for other jobs that I never get round to but dont apply to any particular room. I have it printed off and am going through it slowly but surely!

When I printed it off I was a bit overwhelmed by the size of it - but I just try to remember, babysteps, babysteps. I did two things of my general list yesterday and one off the kitchen list. If I hadnt done the list, I probably still wouldnt have gotten to them!

I havent managed to find the time to master Ebay yet and sit down and get stuff listed; I am a work in progress! :D

    xx

    thanks all
all the ebay stuff is piled in a room which is therefore wasted space!

i am going to sort through the room and charity anything that is not suitable for ebay i think so it will be a smaller quantity and also tidy!

as for the rest of the house i suppose i just need to do the lists and perhaps a couple of extra hotspots

any money made from ebay will be used to get the house decorated and then for sons golf!

i just feel i never make any progress with anything...nothing ever seems to get done

    thanks all xx
