When I was at school, during lunch some unfortunate 1st former happened to cop a cricket ball, not from a bowl but from a kid throwing back to an informal lunchtime game. Hit him on the side of the head. Died 2 days later. No, I didn't witness it, but 40 odd years later I still remember. Get your facts right:mad::mad::mad:

Don't try to lecture me about bowler speed or tennis players speed ,which are similarly even. A car can do 155mph, but it can kill at 10mph. Think on chap

When I was a child, no-one needed to tell me not to jump out of windows, or not to sit on the railway line. But then, common sense isn't so common anymore. Part of the blame culture, it seems.
