            Morning diary!
It's still lovely and snowy outside, love looking out of the window whilst i'm working away
So mini to-do-list to see me through the weekend -- Check online banking, see if can transfer some more savings.
- Have a cheap weekend - spend as little as poss
- Work overtime available
- Sort/clear rooms in house (with OH's help of course! ) )
- Do stock check of cupboards/freezer and write a list for online shop to be ordered once snow has gone.
- Write Christmas cards
- Wrap Chritsmas presents
- Do some exercise, even if a nice walk in snow
- Eat sensibly, staying away from the chocs!!!

Oh and I have another incentive, if I can get debt down to a more managable level or even gone then we can start thinking about trying for baby - what more incentive do I need! We discussed it last night and agreed as it stands there is no way we could consider trying as too much debt outgoings, only takes for a pay cut, redundancy or something alike (not to mention reduced pay whilst on maternity!) and we'd be almost living on one wage.....no acceptable for me as I don't want my littles ones to see us struggle in the way I did with my parents/I did as a child. So even more incentive and must keep it in mind when focusing on debts!!! I need my debt repayments to be 1/4 or less of my basic monthly salary before I can commit to little ones, I want to be able to consider going part time etc and that'll def not be an option for me at all at the moment. I would also like some savings to fall back on....all these things eh!!
Sorry for my wafflings, really only for me to vent so sorry if I bored anyone :rotfl:
Off to re-jig my goals and then I can post them....small steps but big goals!
 Choc, xx0

Yay babies We're hoping to start a family soon but we want to clear our debts first. I qualify for my work's full maternity cover in September, so we want to clear out debts before the end of 2011 so we can start a family in 2012. I hope it will be a memorable year for us as well :j We're hoping to start a family soon but we want to clear our debts first. It is exciting isn't it Jules but the debt busting has to come first for now I'm really up for making 2011 count and it'll be the change forever needed for a more secure and sound financial future, even if that means working 7 days a week....rather do the hard work now and then I can relax later I'm really up for making 2011 count and it'll be the change forever needed for a more secure and sound financial future, even if that means working 7 days a week....rather do the hard work now and then I can relax later
I have a notepad going at the moment brainstorming ideas for financial freedom all over the place :rotfl:

            Evening diary land!
Well weekend of nothing but work for me, be it proper work or work at home. Got lots done though and have earned a few extra £'s for Jan pay day.
Day ended tad frustrating though, my laptop has decided to crash which means basically I have to travel up to office tomorrow to see if they can fix it. Keeping everything crossed that they can or i'll be in London for a while which costs me lots of ££££££'S Hey ho, got to work so trying not to let it get to me until I know the damage tomorrow. Tom will cost me £50+ in travel etc but i'm hopeful they'll sort it or at least have a spare for me to take home and use meanwhile. Still very focused and brainstorming to hit 2011 hard with the debt busting, OH totally supporting me so i'm really going for it. Who knows I may even become debt free!
Right back to my research....reading of everyone's diarys and tips....jotting down anything good that I feel can help me.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend,
 Choc x:)0
