I'm going to join SW on Tuesday and have bought DVD and joined swimming club (one my kids belong to) which I can access up to 4 times a week. I intend to go thursday/friday/sunday and do dvd or walk dog on the other days.
Would love free soup recipes if anyone has them as I love soup and apparantly it's good for you on a diet as your body thinks it's a liquid and digests it differently (better for you apparantly).

Ok it's the 7th today so i've weighed my self this morning (not about to announce it to the world) what day is the weight in, i've noticed that some people have wednesday on the their signature so i'm assuming this will be the day.

I also think we sould do with starting a new thread for the Challange where we can post our progress etc.

    what are r points? bangra
  • rpoints is a cashback site... if you go to the referrers board, there is an MSE rpoints link at the top of the forum

    weigh-in is every sunday.

would have started a new thread but there is already a weight challenge thread on the forums. i wanted something just for those doing the olympic challenge so posted in here as this was lying dormant.
