    Hi!
I'd like to join you. I put on half a stone over christmas and I already wanted to lose half a stone so I'll go for losing a pound a week. I'm trying to make sure I drink my 2 litres of water a day and I'm sort of doing the weighwatchers points thing ( I joined them years ago- worked well and I remember the rules).
I had planned on doing this anyway as of this week but I'm more likely to stick to it if I'm part of a team! Good luck!

if you want to go for the money from nothing £1024 challenge i've started one up on rpoints but there isn't one currently running on MSE... just the olympic challenge

I'm feeling very depressed. Weighed myself for the first time in a couple of years today, and I need to lose quite a bit more than 2 stone...... but baby steps and I'll get there! Now I just need to stop myself from eating something just because I feel bad.

Ok well the deed is done and I'm signed up and kitted out.
I have a huge mountain to climb - but I will get there.
Watch this space next week for my first weeks weight loss, I hope it will be the first of many lbs off.
I would like to get some soup and pasta sauce recipes - anyone out there know about free SW soups/pasta sauce and have any good recipes????
    Good luck
