    well done Mophead :j :T :j

I'm not looking forward to weighing myself on Tuesday! We went down to Perth to see OH's brother. Took the kids out for a pizza.... mind you, I didn't have a whole one to myself like I usually do, so I'm please with myself for that....

  • Hi all

I've lost 1lb - it feels like I've lost more, though. My work trousers are definitely more comfortable than they were last week. Oh well, 1lb is not much, but if I lose one every week I'll be down to my target by July...

I had no chocolate and no bread until the weekend, as planned, and I've been good about taking salad, fruit & yoghurt for lunch & snacks at work. I was also good about doing exercise.

I was hungry this afternoon, though, and raided the chocolate biscuits. :o I went in to M&S after work and bought sensible veggies for the week, then put a big bar of chocolate in my basket!! - it was organic, fairtrade chocolate on display by the till   Luckily, it had the number of calories clearly printed on the back   so I had 4 small squares and have put the rest in the fridge. I can have it at the weekend...

Right, back on the bandwagon now - I'll go and start a proper dinner (so no excuse to raid bread / biscuits / chocolate etc later) and get back on track...

Had my WI last night and have lost 1½lb this week.
Am pleased with this but am going to try harder this week as I did have a few lapses last week.

Well guys I'm a bit gutted tonight - I have been really good keeping within syns and not cheating at all - and I get rewarded with a 1st week weight loss of a measly 1LB.
    Where did I go wrong???
I really need to get motivated with the exercise, I am so lazy and find trying to get out of the house for my 9pm swimming session a bit daunting.
