  • Well done everyone :T :T :T

I've just weighed myself this morning (too busy on Tuesday) and I've lost 4lb since whenever it was that I last weighed myself! :j
Very chuffed with that, but must remember to weigh myself every Tuesday from now on!

Well done to debs, jpwhittle and poppycracker,

well after putting my 4lb i lost in my 1st week straight back on in week two i have been a bit unmotivated. The only postive thing i've done this week is change from full fat milk to skimmed and make sure i eat breakfast. I've been really tired all week and getting really bad sugar cravings. Ihave made some veg juices with the juicer and me and the kids had a fruit smoothie last night instead of digging in the biscuit tin. It's been so cold all week i've just wanted to eat stodge and sleep. I havn't weighed myself yet going to do it tomorrow morning.

I've weighed myself and i've lost 2lb this week so i feel quite chuffed with that lets hope this time i can keep it off. I'm just trying to make some samll changes to my diet rather that follow a particular diet. I've also been doing some toning excerises that aspt couple of days as well as my daily walk.

mop head i read somewhere that someone who was struggling to deal with sugar cravings should try something like currants really sweet but not everyone likes them or if you are nt following a particular diet a small bowl of cereal even something like frosties etc better than diving in the biscuit tin and helps the craving

they lost something like a massive amount of stones think i read it in mens health magazine

works for me sometimes cornflakes with currants is a good one!!! no real sugar in that one not great for the diet but better than a lot of other things for the sugar cravings

  • Sultanas are a bit nicer than currants and very sweet. More weight gain is due to sugar than eating fat, I guess thats why the atkins worked! I also eat the sultanas with cornflakes, its quite nice, especially if you have hot milk - takes me back to my childhood!
