im dreading my weigh in on wednesday i went out for a meal last night for my husbands birthday id only managed to lose a pound this week any way and now iv out it back on just after one meal so dreading wednesday.back to comping in 2017, fingers crossed :beer:0

Hi Guys
Weighed in last night and have lost another 1/2 lb, my weight loss seems to do this good loss then a little loss. Must get at least 1 1/2lbs off next week to hit my target of 1/2 stone for the month.
5 1/2 lbs down and still feeling motivated.:j0 -
just back from weightwatchers and iv lost 1lb i was gutted untill they said we should lose 1lb to 1 1/2lb a week. takes my total to 10lb in 4 weeks.back to comping in 2017, fingers crossed :beer:0

Hi there:hello:
How's everyone been getting on with the weightloss challange this week. I hav'nt visited this thread all week due to being really ill with a bad chest infection and my little one had had it too so we have beenfeeling really sorry for ourselves all week. I am just starting to feel human again but still light headed and overwhelmed by the amount of housework that has mounted up:mad: :mad:
Anyway at least one thing good has come out of my being ill that is i have lost 5lb this week:j :j .
My Goal for next week is to lose another 2lb. I'm going to stick to the skimmed milk because i had a cuppa with full fat milk the other day and it tasted yuk. And when i've got my energy back i'm going to go back to doing my excerise routine that i had been doing to tone up and my daily walks.
Its been a bit quiet on here from what i can see, how is everybody else doing?

Hey all
Well I put ON one lb last week so was obviously feeling really narked with myself...I know what I need to do it's just doing it, i.e. sticking to my 18 points a day. I know I am improving though as I feel a lot less hungry now and usually I am full up after one meal, i.e. I don't go back for second portions which was my main weakness!
The main thing to do now though is give up altogether. I am not a one glass of wine person and alcohol skewed my judgement and makes me hanker after naughty foods!
On a positive note - I will be doing two swim sessions from next week. It's all about routine!
Anyway enough about me! How is everyone else doing?

Actually, I've lost another 2 lbs since I last weighed myself.... :j
I know what it is though. I've been doing so much ebaying for the olympic challenge that I've had to walk down to the Post Office at least twice a week. It's about half a mile away and downhill so I get a mile walk (uphill coming home) at least twice a week as well as all my other exercise (like taking the dog for walks)
