Yay lost 2lbs tonight taking me to 7.5lbs in 4 weeks - I'm so chuffed.
Next target is 1st stone by 6th March.

Weigh-in today. Lost 1.5 lbs. Am DELIGHTED!!

So 5 lbs so far. 21.5 lbs to go!!

I'm a bit miffed, I've put that 2lb back on :rolleyes: .... But I know what it was, it was birthday cake and takeaway at the weekend. I'm back to being good now :A . And I have lots of things to post this week so it will be up and down from the Post Office.

got wieghed tonight first time in 2 weeks and did alot better than expected. i lost 2 and a half pound. only 1 and a half to go to a stone now im so pleased really chuffed with myself. hope to lose the stone next week even after a chippy tea tonight.

i went to our parents houses last week and my inlaws dont help my diet even not noticing the loss so i thought id done really bad as i wasnt in controll. had a bad week this week as iv had a very sore throat and wasnt motivated ate to much chocolate. i think the amount of water i have drunk for my throat helped flush everyhting out though so very happy. never thought id lose weight like this.

bought some new clothes that i wouldnt have got into before christmas and theres a woman on the cover of weightwatchers magazine whos lost the weight i want to and is the same height as me so using her as motivation that i can do that and be a size 10 to even though everyone tells me i wont cios im big boned.

just did my Tuesday weigh-in..... no movement.... Oh well, at least there was no movement of the upward type!

Yes, I've slipped by the wayside, but Have just got on the scales to see and that's frightened me to start again!

I'm back to 0, and lets see if I can keep it going for more than 6 weeks!

Been away for a bit for one thing or another but back now. Good to see everyone is doing really well with the weight losses. I went totally off track but have nearly completed a week back on it and will report on tuesday my loss. BFN

weighed tonight and lost another 2lb. thats 20lb in total and reached my 10% goal so very happy even got a silver keyring to show for it.

Not sure how I missed this weight loss challenge! I've just joined the Lose Weight thread over on the other board (actually nearly as need to go weigh myself ), but would love to join this one too as I think I work best with a challenge

So as I'm joining halfway through - I'll set my target as 14lbs. Fingers crossed!
