Well today i walked to the post office with £10 of copper under the pram and back again with because it was that busy. I stopped having sugar and milk in my tea. Going to go for another walk tomorrow for about 1 hour.

Aaaw wilf55. Sorry to hear that. Have you done anything positive today to help kickstart your diet?

  • Hi. I started my diet last week, lost 3lb so far. I'm not following any particular plan, I've been having bran flakes with lots of sweetener for breakfast, fruit for snacks, soup/jacket & salad etc for lunch and my usual big dinner. I want to lose just short of a stone. Thinking about getting an exercise dvd something gentle! Any ideas?

Just had my 1st weigh in and am so pleased, I have lost 1lb.
I really didn't think I would have lost anything but am well chuffed with that. That has given me the boost I need to try harder for next week.
Debt at highest May 04 - £65,639.22 - Started DMP with CCCS 1st June 04 & now self managed DMP
Debt now 20th December 2015 £31677.13 Paid Off to date £33962.09 - just not going quickly enough!

Debt free date July 2024! I don't think so, it'll be going quicker than that!!!

  • remember you have to get your heart rate going when you take a walk... a brisk walk is just as good as jogging.

i really need to get my water intake up... i'm currently at only 2 or 3 glasses of any liquid a day :|
