Thinks winters just started this weekend. Think i heard from 'Weather Solutions' that the weather was going to be mixed until august when we will have a heatwave. Well at least with it being cool this week everybody can have a dress rehersal with all their things they have so far bought for winter. Just hope we dont have snow this winter.x

Not really looking forward to venturing out this winter. We should be lovely and snug at home with fleeces, jumpers, hot water bottles etc but when we leave the house i feel we will suffer - school runs i will not look forward to - can i homeschool just in yucky weather!

Going to try to write a list of what i want in my food emergency stock so i dont have to go out if possible. Already got 4 cans of propper (not value which is very unusual in this house) chopped tomatoes as they were yellow sticker down to £1 - no idea why as in good date and not damaged? Also 1 pot of hot choc as didnt check cupboards before buying (naughty me) and already had some in, so i will put that in the box

  • Hi guys, your advice please? I think we're all gonna need good door mats to mop up the snow we're expecting :( . I currently have a JML magic carpet and its very good, but, even though its size large, its far too small. I would like a mat around 2m by 4m. Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks in advance :)
