Absolutely awful weather here. Rain slamming into the windows so loud he had to turn up the telly and the wind still howling round the house.

    Problem

Whilst my kitchen is now really, really cosy (in the 10 years i've lived here its always been cold), the back door (with the HM fleece curtain attached) is dripping with condensation :(

Its a wooden door with glass panel at the top. The wood at the bottom (quite thin) is wet. The top bit is ok because its bubble wrapped... altho I guess I could run into problems with that that I can't see.

    Now what shall I do?

    :(

Lit the wood burner tonight as it is freezing here in South Lincolnshire. Now it is toasty warm in the living room and as there is only me and the cats I don't have to heat elsewhere!

also gonna have to start building up my stores,, (i should of been doing this when i started on this thread but hey ho!)

also cold here, i want a wood burner but alas i dont think the landlord (council) would allow it :(

Yeah I think a double skin is the way to go - looks like my week is going to be all about DIY!
