I'm not sure where the post is with a price but I did mention that Wilkinson sell it but I haven't been in to find out how much it is yet.
I think it's £6.28 for 6 square metres. It's £10.99 for 12.Time flies like an arrow.

With regard to SPD - I had this through all my pregnancies and by the fourth was on crutches with it, it wasnt diagnosed till my fourth either. I was referred to physio and induced at 37 weeks as my consultant said any later would do permanent damage. I still suffer as a result four years later and my doctors will do little to help. Unfortunately I had a fall on ice the day before I was due to be induced and that definitely made things worse, so be very very careful about going out in bad weather. Again I was told under no circumstances would they allow an epidural barring my having a caesarian.(sp) My physio visited me on the labour ward and advised midwives on positions and exactly how long I could be left before having to move me etc and left her number should they need further advice. If you possibly can I would def recommend getting the delivery midwife t o meet with physio to get correct procedures etc, failing that I had a written set of instructions I carried just in case I went into labour early to ensure that staff would know how to handle me.
Have lined living room curtains this week but cant say I am feeling the difference, yesterday it was 14c in living room while the rest of house was sitting at 21c!! Considering buying the velvet thermal ones that we used to have - but the cost really puts me off!!0 -
thanks Kidcat, Thats why my consultant will decide on a date between 35-37 weeks, as he def does not want me going into labour. Last time he wanted 34 weeks, and I had to sign a form saying that it was my decision against medical advice to wait for 35 weeks - I bf so just wanted to give ds the best possible chance for his sucking reflex to be strong you see.Confuzzled wrote: »wish i'd had an ob/gyn like yours when i was pregnant with my daughter, she was born on her due date, naturally and weighed 10lbs 8oz!
mind you a lot more is known these days about spd so i suspect women get much better care than they used to
Fair play to him, he is fantastic. Really helpful and hands on. I think it is fate as he delivered my first 2, and I am due Boxing Day with Mr D retiring on New Years Eve - def timed by fate I reckon. My two are 6 and 8 already and JellyBean was not planned but is a much loved Bonus Baby, as I was convinced I couldn't have anymore, then she just turned up from nowhereMy light may be on, but that doesn't always mean I am looking at the PC - I am far more likely to be cuddling or feeding Tianna atm, so please don't think I am ignoring you if I don't reply quickly

Back on the subject of thermals, if like me you want something quite sleek so trousers don't cling to them I can definitely recommend Prim@rk's body control leggings (don't know what they call them, but they were next door to the thermal stuff). Someone else suggested satiny pyjamas which I find great under looser stuff, but these are great under more fitted stuff. Added bonus is that you do look a teeeeeny bit thinner!! :j
Just be sure to go up at least one size from normal or you'll do yourself a mischief!!!!!!!
(and all these ladies reminiscing about pregnancies and childbirth - oh, I do feel for you! Never tried it myself, that's why I stick with cats!!!!! Just do take care in icy conditions, I really do think it must be horribly tricky, especially to Mamzie - hope all goes as well as poss.)Wilson the Volleyball is one of Hollywood's most loved volleyballs. His glittering career started when he became the only companion of Tom Hanks' Chuck Noland in Cast Away. Many say this is Wilson's best performance and he couldn't have given a better effort.0 -
I dragged poor dh as my pusher all around Aldis, Lidls and Morrisions today to do a massive food shop of bits that I like to get from them. Got loads of swedes, and carrots to clean ready for stews from Aldis as they were only 39p each there. Stacks of tinned food from Lidls. Then a Branson Beans mountain from Morrisions as they are 2 packs for £2.
The ready to use Bread Mix flour (just add water and rising time) I was talking about a few days ago from Lidls was £1 for a kilo bag, quite a reasonable price I think, and they had their normal bread flour down to 50p, hth.My light may be on, but that doesn't always mean I am looking at the PC - I am far more likely to be cuddling or feeding Tianna atm, so please don't think I am ignoring you if I don't reply quickly

Snow showers for us tomorrow night..0

Confuzzled - can you keep yours in using just logs? And does it soot the glass badly? As this seems to be my problem at the moment.
I have just had a word with the guy who owns a piece of land next to my garage which is just a bit of a dumping ground and asked him whether I can store logs there. He is more than happy for me to do so and it solves his problem of people dumping stuff. We are all a bit interlocked as the houses have been here for centuries, long before neighbours shut themselves away and had serious issues.0 -
I bought some thermal tights from Asda for £3 a while back and finally decided that it was cold enough to wear them today and they are great!
Much warmer than my leggings.

We put our feather duvet and flannelette sheets last night. It has made such a difference!! I didnt realise how cold I was before.Married the absolute love of my life on Sunday May 6th and I couldnt be happier!!!0

Oooohhhh flannelette sheets. I just love getting into bed with those on. I have "Nukey" bear who also goes to bed with me...so called because he gets "nuked" in the mircrowave and is toasty for bed. And I dont care if anyone thinks I am too old to go to bed with a bear! :rotfl:Some of my friends would vouch for the fact that my mental age is about 10!0
