Were the Disney hoodies ever 1p then? - I brought them x2 with the leggings on the recent glitch with the money off voucher but I didn't realise they ever went through the till on their own at 1p?

EDIT - looking back through this thread it seems that no the hoodies were never 1p

I did get 3 bags of the coffee though earlier in the thread. Not sure how many MSE'ers use my local Tesaco as the shelf was full of the coffee but I'm sure now there'll be nothing left.

The coffee was reported being back to full price yesterday so not worth going back for anyway now.

The hoodies were never 1p and the black umbrellas that I reported were originally priced at £9.95 not £8

Was gonna go 1p hunting this morning, guess I wont find anything now

Good Earth Organic coolmint tea ( box of 18 bags) 1p in tesco Ashford, Middx . Marked on the shelf edge with a yellow 1p sign. Several boxes left- on the odds and ends shelf near the freezers. Scanned through self checkout, no problem.

could this be a clever marketing trick? get everyone in to find 1p bargains.... Chances are your not just going to buy 1p items and your disguising them in with other full price items..
Think about it, the staff then take them away from you at the tills, ready to go back on the shelves..... No frozen or fresh produce were 1p.

To those complaining - you're now going to have to pay the correct price for things, instead of getting them for 1p. This is the way it should be. Get over yourselves, and move on.

No they wheren't, but i've seen it written twice today, just goes to show the writers are not very thorough with their research. I'm gutted, I never found any bargains apart from the stig socks and they got taken away from me. So if Tesco are now claiming that we can buy the 1p items then it seems they owe a lot of us MSE's big apologies after they've been so rude and pratically snatched them out of our hands and threatening to ban customers!

I wish it hadn't gone so public as I have no chance of finding a 1p bargain now
