Don't worry about my little bit of levity allstar. I'm sure it'll not detract from the Tim bashing or indeed helping the OP.I was put on this earth to accomplish a certain amount of things, at this rate I may never die!0

I am sure there will be some more experienced posters will come along and who will let you know what your legal standings are, in your attempt to get your money back.
Good luck and whatever Deegan posts on here, do not be intimidated by him. Keep us updated...

I am also sad that none of the more professional and helpful posters amongst us have had the time to respond to you, Sound Sleep Needed, so I will try my best...
1. Trading Standards:
http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/
Contact the above, you can call them on 08454 04 05 06. Tell them what happened and obtain a reference number.
2. Citizen's Advice Bureau:
http://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/
Find your nearest CAB and phone to arrange to see them. Take ALL your paperwork and Terms & Conditions from the supplier.
3. If you decide that the Small Claims Court is the answer, you can find your nearest one here:
http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/infoabout/county/index.htm
CAB will be able to help you fill in the forms if you need the extra help.
4. If you paid by Credit Card, you MAY be able claim it back through Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. Martin Lewis has an excellent page about this:
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/section75-protect-your-purchases
As I said, I don't know the full details of your case but the above should be a helpful starting point.
I suggest that if you need more detailed help, then to post in the Consumer Rights section of this Forum:

Thanks for your 'polite' comments Savvy.
The same conspiracy theorists may be lead to think that you, as a recent addition to the MSE logins, may also be the same axe-grinding person with yet another log-in. I, personally, don't believe anyone would be that underhand, and always like to assume the best about people, so shall leave you to advise on this thread.:A Luke 6:38 :AThe above post is either from personal experience or is my opinion based on the person God has made me and the way I understand things. A bit further down the same passage of Matt 7 it says; "So then, whatever you desire that others would do to and for you, even so do to and for them..."
So how about we leave Tim alone, who has been helping others, lest you also get heckled and harrased for helping others!?:A Luke 6:38 :AThe above post is either from personal experience or is my opinion based on the person God has made me and the way I understand things.
