Time to hang out the dirty laundry!!

Well i've been off the radar for a bit - i've been lurking around on other MSE forums but now it's time to get back to where i belong!!
Finally i am almost debt free (yippee) i've just got one credit card left to pay and it only has a few hundo on it which is fine, esp as it's the one credit card that my husband does know about!! lol
I was focused earlier on in the year then i kinda fell off the wagon (((THUD))) and although i've not gathered anymore debt i have been recklessly spending again on stuff we so don't need and haven't saved hardly anything - which is a bit scary especially as we are moving house in 6 weeks
Soooooooooooo, my freezer and food cupboards are fit to bursting again (why do i keep buying food ??????? do i think there's gonna be a war????? - plus my DD1 really does need to lose a few pounds - lets not even go there as i'm already battling today with the 'bad mother' devil sat on my shoulder whispering in my ear how i shouldn't have given her a bedtime snack)
Plus my house that a few months ago was being radically decluttered and ebayed has ground to a halt, ebay bags in attic awaiting listing (which i'm finding hard to motivate myself) cleaning routine back to 'frenzied' when i have a few spare minutes and clutter has crept back into all cupboards so they are fit to bursting - i'm so dissapointed with myself for letting it get to this point AGAIN!!!
Anyway, NSD today as didn't go close to the shops (yay) lunch was last nights leftovers so FREE and dinner was sent over from my mum, so again FREE but also meant nothing from my freezer got used - lol!!
I truly am a clutterbug and hold such sentimental attachments to stuff that i find it hard to get rid of things (i.e i can't have any more children (by choice) but still have cradle, cot, travel system, baby swing etc in my attic cuz i just can't face getting rid of them!!!!)
But i have to realise that it's got to the point that even my kids can't find anything in their rooms (not because it is cluttered but because they have soooooooooooo much stuff they can't be bothered to look for stuff) as they have been spoilt, i feel due to lack of time in my life i've been guilty of buying stuff as i haven't been able to give as much time as i feel i should!!! - enough of the soul searching and back to the ironing (rock n roll)
HOpe you are all doing ok
