My weekend started tonight with quiz n chips :eek: we came last and got the booby prize [bottle of alcohol free spritzer] :rotfl:
Food today:
B - weetabix milk [a] coffee
L - wm roll , cheese [1/2 a], p/onion, s/cream [.5], babybel [1/2 a], toms, crisps [5], cous cous loaf.
T - pineapple, melon, muller [before quiz], sausage & chips [syns ?], tom sauce [1]
Snacks - banana, pear, water
Syns - 6.5 + s/c's
Chips weren't greasy for a change & rather nice, we took fruit with us but I didn't have any [son had 3 bananas], refused the bread & butter too :A. Not bad really considering we normally have nibbles i.e peanuts & crisps. Will be good tomorrow and have sunday off [yorkies & gravy yummmm]. WI tomorrow & hoping for a maintain, fingers crossed.Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Just back from our friends - she did me proud! carrot soup to start, steak salad and jacket pot for main (balsamic vinegar as a dressing for me) and fruit for desert! 5 syns for butter on spud!

i still have cans of chick pea dahl in cupboard from last time i was there !!! pitta bread have to be careful on - asda brand or flat bread co. etc

The asda double strength NAS Tropical fruit squash is really nice.... only £1.
Theyve just got the new mad cow deli lights in too....theyre worth trying, ive been using the blue cheese one as a topping for my cauliflower .....LUSH0 -

OH finally came back thursday afternoon (after being "missing" since monday). He's in an ideal position now to go bankrupt - he's accepted that his car will be repossessed (cars on finance) and he knows he has nothing else to lose. Fortunately we both live with our parents (its cheaper lol) so he doesnt have to worry about paying rent or a mortgage and we don't have children so we haven't got that worry. He's going to CAB monday so see what his options are. Then he's going to his GP and his old workplace to get his P45. Then he can sign on and start looking for another job. We've got a mountain to climb in the next 12 months or so but fingers X'd.I just hope he can face this and doesn't do a runner again
Food wise its been pretty disasterous! Lol. On the upside i have only had 1 takeaway (lamb rogan josh, rice and naan bread!) but i have eaten lots of "bready" things (my stomach is in knots anyway so my intolerance is going unnoticed!) and biscuity things... I've also drunk far too much sugar free red bull and diet coke (but no alcohol so could have been worse!)
So, back on track from today! Taking each meal as it comes though! Cant be worrying about food planning right now!

B - Fruit and fibre cereal (part heb) with raspberries, blackberries and vanilla onken yog. Cup of tea (milk from hea)
L - Macaroni Cheese pasta n sauce (2) with 1 1/2 hea of cheese
D - Chilli Con Carne (using beef as heb) with rice
S - WW country slice (4) Digestive biscuit (4) Pink and White (2.5) handful of tortilla chips (6)
I know i have a w/g crackerbread to have to boost my cereal so will have that with a bit of spread cheese (bout 1syns worth) as a snack..
I'll update as I go i think!!

Well -hubby is still in bed , he finally crawled into bed at 3am this morning :eek: and all in all he wishes he hadn't gone to the UK -apparently it was a waste of time . Bad news for him is that I need to nip shopping when he gets up...
so then -my Green meal plan for today is looking like this:-- 2 weetabix (B)
- 250ml semi (A)
- 12 speed soup
- activia (2.5)
- cheese n potato pie -nomnom bl**dy nom :hello:
- 1/4tsp oil (0.5) to saute
- loads of finely chopped onions
- potatoes -mashed with seasoning an a dollop of English mustard and:-
- 42g low fat cheddar (B)
- 14g fresh parmesan (3)
- baked beans
- 250ml semi (A)
- 1tsp camp (0.5)
- crunch corner (4)
right Im off again -have a great day everyone

Ive only just got up :eek: Dunno what time OH went out to golf but I never heard a thing.....saying that sleeping on my good ear and being deaf in the other probably has summat to do with that LOL
I was soooooo tired yesterday tho I went to bed after corrie and must have had over 12 hours solid sleep.

Im going out tonight (:o) without OH really quite nervous about it to be honest and feel a little sick inside. Ive not been out since the last op in march and really not sure how I'l be with things. Im not sure I want to go but OH almost fell out with me last night when I said this to himHe said Im gonna turn into a recluse and I cant live in these four walls and be happy just getting out only to go to group and shopping & hosp....he was really quite stroppy and hes never been like that....he said hes only thinking of me (maybe its just my PMT making me hormonal eh?)
Its a wedding reception for one of the girls at SW group - Im being picked up and brought home.....Im just worried as in the dark I cant focus well and the little balance I have is very bad as my eyes arent able to 'help' like they do in the day, also the loud noise of the disco & the lights .....Im terrified of them bringing on a seizure, Ive not had one since Ive been out of hosp but Im on meds (this will sound soooo stupid now) but I get really confused by lots of things going off all at once and I really have to concentrate hard with everything I do so I dont fall to pieces in normal sitiations like the supermarket where theres visual stimulation that my brains trying to process.
I Know My OH loves me to bits....hes been to every appoint with me and knows the ins and outs of the medical stuff.......but I sometimes think he forgets that Im only 'Kath' Im not wonder woman and It all gets just a little bit scary out in the bit bad world sometimes......it just feels a bit safer here at home

So glad OH is back safe n sound, Im sure that there is nothing you can't get through if you are working together (why do men find that so hard to believe ehh!!!), and you are right -at least you aren't mortgaged or have children to add to the stress and cost..

Morning everyone.
I had a blip last night so will just have to pull it back over the coming days. It wasn't too naughty, just a white bread roll half with cheese triangle and count on us crisps, and the other half with peanut butter and choc spread. About 15 syns just for that! But I still have 55.5 syns to last 5 days so not too bad.
Today (Green)

L - Spicy moroccan couscous salad (F) Feta (A)
Mid aft - nana and yog (2)
D - Jacket P (F) Quark (F) Salad (F) Cheese (A)
Even - New recipe - Raspberry Nice-cream (4) supposed to taste like Haagen Daz strawberry cheesecake ice-cream, so we will see, it's been marinating overnight ready for final stage..
