6syns...Hmm, might leave it then! I was going to get some to have over some sw chips later, but will have the same as eveyone else instead.
I would make the free one but have none of the ingredients:(
Thanks anyway:A
When is your first weigh-in Catt, is it sunday or monday??
EDIT - Thanks Ness, but I can't abide mushy peas, even the smell of them make me heave:oUnless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -
Thank you Mrs Mcawber!
Will it work do you think with out the baked beans? He doesnt like them you see. If not shall just telll him it's a different kind of bean!
There's so much in it that you'd be hard pressed to be able to tell what sort of beans they are and there's no actual flavour which suggests b/beans.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Thanks

If it were me and I wanted one or even two meals without meat or fish (thinking of your pasta & salad and possibly having cereal for brekky) I'd have a green day and weigh out a HEB of meat for dinner or even syn it. This way you'd get your 3 or 4 HEs instead of just 2I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Crisp_£_note wrote: »In the Dyno Rod soup recipie theres a can of mixed bean salad, is this the one with Tuna in it as well ? All I can find in Tesco that fits the description!
Also the Can of Baked Beans, is that a big can or a small tin?
Will be making this next week me thinks as having trouble passing anything more than wind (sorry TMI)So am gaining wait me thinks from storing it - cant be heathly surely?!
Thanks
You can add or leave out anything you don't like/can't find in this soup recipe. The main idea behind it was to get people to vary the ingredients in things and use lots of veg. The addition of lentils is really to show how versatile lentils can be - many people have never used them at all. Lentils are also good for bulking out mince on an EE day (this is the MSE part of slimming, lol).I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Kick up the bum coming.....brace yourself :rotfl:
It's going to be hard to manage completely without syns until Monday so if I were you I'd just try to keep them to a minimum.
If you haven't tried it yet, make some of the aptly-named Dynorod soup. It's very filling and tasty, but tends to keep you trotting back and forth (IYKWIM) and we have found it to help the weight lossesI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
delightful! Is this recipe on the slimming world website! I have some time to kill without touching the bottle of wine (open) with my name on it
Oooh you have a hard kick (rubs bum)0 -
