Had a shocking few days of dire food and boy can you tell! I feel so so awful from it .

Llis, we too are just starting to wedding plan- we have been engaged 5 years . We started planning before then it got mental nad I CBA, we were happy as we were. I still think that really, however off to see a venue tomorrow anyway :o We have a massive amount of people ( well over 100 and people having more kids all the time) we will be asking people to travel. sigh.

    have a great day x

    Congrats to all losers

isn't it odd that when we go back to our old eating habits how rubbish it makes you feel? i never thought that until i started SW!

when i married,we sneaked off to the local registry office, with a couple mates and it was wonderful,i was back at work the next day,i love my husband so much and am no less married because of a cheap 'do' we spent around £200 with a meal for us all afterwards! :money: i would have liked a photographer though,so bear that in mind if you follow my lead ;)

oh, on the subject of mugshots - i find that a 'lid' helps - cover the mug with something and wander off for 5 mins, when you come back it's done and still warm :)

 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
  • Good afternoon all :hello:
Hope everyone is having a better day today..
well done on the losses again ladies :T

So, another green day for me....Im not sure what difference if any it will make to my weight loss on Sunday, but as I have done very little exercise this week :naughty: Im not expecting miracles. Next week will be a better measure as I am planning on alternating between red/green plus I will be back at the gym 3 times a week ;)

Well -it has taken a lot of thought today as I just really didn't know what I fancied  so eventually I have settled on:-
    • grapefruit
    • raspberries
    • activia classic (2.5)
    • 12 speed soup
    • activia (2.5)
    • apple
    • melon
    • 2 baby bel light (B)
    • 42g reduced fat cheddar (A)
    • 3 seedy ryvita (B)
    • 1tbs branston (1)
    • lettuce
    • cucumber
    • tomatoes
    • peppers
    • beetroot
    • gherkin
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 1tsp camp (0.5)
    • crunch corner (4)
Right -that comes in at 2A+Bs and 10.5syns :D
SO I have settled on a ploggymans type dinner :p, and I have made my first batch of the "12 speed soup" although mine has been tweaked a little - I have just had some for lunch "nomnomnom" -I much prefer it to the one that was supposed to taste like heinz tomato :j. I have left this one un-blitzed and well, it was rather yummy -good job too with the amount it has made :p
Husdybundle will be home some time this evening so I have made a remoska full of chilli ...so that will be him happy, and as Im not overly bothered by it -there is no temptation
Right -I had better get off ..have a great day everyone...

I think the idea of EE is that you CAN have red, green and superfree.

If you only wanted green and superfree food (ie. salad and pasta, with no meat) then you are having a Green day by definition anyway

For the one meal maybe, but I can't have meat/fish three meals a day - if I want a pasta n sauce and a salad I can't do EE at all that day as I haven't added meat or fish? Or if I have a ham salad I HAVE to have rice or pasta with it?

No, no, you don't HAVE to have carbs and protein at each meal, you just CAN if you want to. Only 'rule' is the 1/3 superfree on your plate. I often have a vegetarian lunch but want to have meat in the evening so extra easy is best

Just ate half a cucumber! Resisting the cakes thus far
