well it's a bit hit and miss but basically I sweat an onion SF (would use fry light or dry fry) then add peppers SF, sweetcorn,F tomatoes SF any other veg I have, garlic F, bit of chilli or curry powder Fand then some rice and liquid to cook it and towards the end of the cooking a can of tuna. F It varies depending on what I've got around but it's filling, cheap and I'm hoping with maybe a tweak SW friendly
Can I just say how inspiring everyone is on here, especially those who are not 100% healthwise xxxxx
Sounds good to me! This would be totally free on EE:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

everything in your rice dish is either FREE or SUPERFREE (VEGGIES) on EEso basically it doesnt need any tweaking at all
stock cubes are now all free too....so that makes things a bit more interesting when you're cooking things0 -

I think with any diet you can only ever do it properly when you're in the right frame of mind.....thats why ive tried and failed loads of times lol
But I guess there comes a time when you get your 'lightbulb moment' where it suddenly hits you and I know in my case Im kind of tunnel vision at the mo and real determined to do it this time (instead of losing a bit then putting it back on then a whole heap more :rotfl:)
This time I want the weight loss! ....I want it more than I want the takeaway curry....or the sainsbury tiramisu and a pot of extra thick double cream while watching telly followed by a whole family bar of dairymilkI used to think eating it made me feel happy....but it made me feel crappy
I used to think I couldnt go out for a meal with friends without blowing it all .....so I either had to be a recluse or sod the diet off and pig out on terrible stuff, but I now know I dont have to do that cos Ive changed the way I thinkI might make different choices in the meal...I might not have the naan bread Id have rice instead and know that thats filling and free on EE but its saved some syns for that glass of wine
So dont be throwing the towel in straight away red;) I always used to say Oh il start tomorrow....tomorrow....tommorow LOL you can still have your curry night within plan.....just tweak your choices hunx
Brilliant, spot-on post Dizzy :TI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Well I have been peeping at the clothing sale on la redoute-now you know its bad when they tell you that you have too many things in your "basket"
-I put in anything that caught my eye -and then I had to go back and see what I could get most use out of -heck I don't want THAT much clothing in my current size -so I decided what I "simply couldn't do without"
.... so I will sleep on it and then order tomorrow -gives me time to change my mind
Have a great day everyone and keep up the good work
