We were good all day, had the 'one meal' (which was probably about 8000 syns LOL - garlic bread, a creamy pasta, and apple pie), then followed it up with chips on the seafront today
and hotel brekkie (OJ, 2 rounds of toast with butter, and scrambled eggs)
and full fat coke
OK, so that's how you do flexi-syns. I've heard about them, so you plan 8000 syns and then the only way is up.....or rather down:D Personally I'd have thrown it all in for Whitby fish & chips, Mmm....0 -
Good morning Follks,
I survived yesterday thank goodness. I was tempted to snack out of boredom so endered up having an orange, some ff cottage cheese and 2 x seafood sticks in addition to what I had planned so not bad really.
Another green day:
Breakfast
New potatoes sauted in Fry Light
Mushrooms cooked in the micro with a little water and worcester sauce
Baked Beans
Grilled Tomatoes
2 poached eggs
Lunch
HM thick veggie soup with pearl barley
Lemon Hi Fi Bar (HEB)
Dinner
Veg and 5 Bean Chilli made into lasagne with quark, egg and 6 x mini babybel light for topping. (HEA x 2)
Weight Watchers Rich Choc Desert (3 syns)
Snacks
Fibre plus (HEB) Banana, Orange, tiniest dash of milk in approx 6 teas (3)
I really need to do some study for work today, but think I'm coming down with a cold. I hope this doesn't bring the munchies on as I really struggle to avoid eating fibre plus/hi fi bars if they are in the house. I might try and get out for a walk/run if the weather abates.
Have a good Sunday,

Well done MrsM I have been following your progress from the start and think the key to your success is your organisation and writing everything down. That's what I am trying to emulate.
I'll be interested to see how your slow cooked beef in red wine works out, how are you going to make it free with the wine?

WI day for my and am very pleased to announce a 3lb loss. I am very pleased with myself especially as I have been off work this week being as its school holidays and have felt like I have been a bit naughty at times!!
I am aming for a 2lb loss a week - does that seem reasonable? Have set myself a target of a stone loss by Christmas - that way I should confortably fit back into my size 16 jeans that have just got that little bit too tight!!
Well done MRSMCAWBER - your total loss is amazing!!0 -
Morning all!
Right, new day, n all that! (after my 2 baaaaad days off!).
Plan for the day:
B: Banana, yoghurt, highlights hot choc (2)
L: Spicy veg/bean/pulses soup (*goes to defrost it*), wholemeal roll (B), fruit (whatever has finally decided to ripen!)Pasta with bolognese (veggie-packed sauce blended so OH will eat it, then quorn mince etc), 56g proper cheddar (2xA)
S: Hi-fi bar (B)
Trying to use as few syns as possible for the rest of the week, though I don't rate my chances as * week has just started0 -

Well done to everyone who has lost this week. Mrs M - you continue to inspire me!

I am currently working on my mealplan for next weekIt would be great if i can shift another stone between now and xmas so if i do gain a little bit over the festive period it wont be too bad!!
