Morning all
Didn't get to post yesterday so here was my meal plan - Green day:
B - oats (HEB) and FF yog
L - pasta with LF pesto (1.5syns)
D - SW chips, omelette, cheese (HEA x 2), LF salad cream (3syns)
Snacks - banana, welshcake (no idea on syns, guestimate 8?)
Drinks - coffee, fizzy water, NAS squash
Exercise - 2 hours of gardening
Total syns = 12.5
I'll post today's plan later. It may not be SW friendly as I'm meant to be going out for drinks tonight but it's up in air at moment.
Hope you are all doing well, glad it went ok Dizzy

Oh, question from me. Does anyone know what the WW yogurts are like, constinancy wise?
I make magic porridge for breakfast (oats mixed with FF yog, left overnight) and find it really filling and yummy. I was using the FF Activa ones but ran out so bought Shape Zero as they were on offer but they are too thick to make the magic porridge! I can't tolerate Muller Lights so wanted to know about the WW ones as they are on offer too.
Cheers

Morning all - am off to the Midlands vegan festival today so my first flexi syn day since starting SW.
Be interesting to see if I stay in control - I aim to but have planned for 1 slice of cake and samples off the stalls, no alcohol.
Am back on track as soon as I leave - the vegan junk food stays there!
Mind you might get a treat for Monday as it's World vegan day so I like to have something nice then:)Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

Good Morning,
So I'm getting back on it today, no excuses. Blackberry-Rum your ham and pea soup sounds divine. Need to get through what I have already though first before making any more.
So I'm going to have another green day:
Breakfast
New potatoes sauted in Fry Light
Mushrooms cooked in the micro with a little water and worcester sauce
Baked Beans
Grilled Tomatoes
2 poached eggs
Milk from allowance for a cuppa (HEA)
Lunch
HM thick veggie soup with pearl barley
Lemon Hi Fi Bar (HEB)
Dinner
Veg and 5 Bean Chilli (need to get it in the slow cooker!!)
3 x Babybel light (HEA)
Uncle Bens Express Spicy Mexican Rice pouch (4 syns)
Weight Watchers Rich Choc Desert (3 syns)
Snacks
Fibre plus bar (HEB)
So now I have an almost full packet of Food Doctor Cereal and Seed High Fibre Pitta Breads. They aren't that big and are high fibre so do you think I would get away with counting them as a HEB + 2 syns? If so I'll have one with my lunch and not have Hi Fi Bar.
Have a good day everyone,

Morning All
Still feeling a tad delicate today in the throat/tum dept so Im taking it easy with the food... My Mcd milkshake was Fabbbbby but OMG just looked up the syns 25!!!!!!! but Im thinking I can maybe get away with that as my dear friend Blackberry tells me syns dont count 24 hr post endoscopy
I do feel better knowing that they have found definate cause to my tum probs, rather than just having to go along with random flare ups all the time......but just want to see the consultant now before my hol if poss so I know whats what IKYWIM. when they said they had found a sliding hernia I had visions of this little furry gremlin type thing running round sliding up and down in my belly having fun then turning nasty when I ate the wrong thing......wierdo :rotfl:
Hope you all have a great & fairy free weekend.....Oh and really sorry but I forgot to say Hello to all the newbies and a big well done to all you losers!!!! x x x0 -
Morning all, just cooked up the best breakfast ever!
Fried egg (in frylight), two small slices of wholemeal toast, a huge baked mushroom, 2 quorn sausages and baked beans. I'm stuffed now and definitely won't want any cake or other naughty things in Costa Coffee
I'm going to make pepper and tomato pasta for dinnercan't wait!
