Morning i think, just!
Having a slightly topsy turvy day today, currently eating what i planned for dinner:o Didnt get much breakfast so was starving.
Breakfast - Coffee
Snack - banana, FF activia
Lunch - SW chips, beans, Quorn chicken burger(2.5) in a WM roll(B), with 12g cheese (part A)
Don't know what to have for dinner now!
Have a stock pot on with a ham hough, so will maybe just have a big bowl of lentil soup and a WM roll.
Well done to all the losers. I have sts this week, not surprised though. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

The syns online and syns calculator are on the part of the website that is for members. The syns online is an online directory of syns in food, although there are alot of foods which are not on there.
If the food is not on the online directory there is a calculator that will give you a syn value if you put in all the nutritional info.
Generally speaking you are better off preparing things yourself to get tehh lowest syn value. And save your syns for nice things like CHOCOLATE.:)0 -

Instead of jacket potato you can make slimming world chips. Our consultant has successfully tested omitting the parboil stage and just cutting the potato into thick chips or wedges, put them onto a tray and spray with frylight or oil, very hot oven for about half an hour. Take them out a couple of times and re-spray. She says they taste better than the parboiled version. and with them you can have some baked beans or a "fried" egg - that would be a change and not cost much.
Oh, and it's official - jelly babies are good for you - I lost 1 lb this week
Thank you!! I totally had a brain-fart then, didn't even think about toms being free... d'oh. I do have the chips, just wasn't sure how often you could get away with having them
Am going to group tonight so hopefully it'll motivate me again when I have gained (dreading it but definitely deserved). I am only going every two weeks partly cos of shift work partly cos I can't afford every week.... I think it's towards the end of the second week of not going I lose my mojo.
Well done Losers! Hugs to gainers, tomorrow is a new day.Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16
