    Today will be EE.

Br: A too large bowl of noodles and sweetcorn (today is going to be a bit carb heavy as I'm not going to the shops).
L: Pasta and HM tom sauce (1)(found another one at the back of the freezer but must make some more) dsp Parmesan(1).
T: Chicken curry (2) and rice.
    Hea - 350ml sk milk.
Heb - toast and marg (2).
Snacks - 250ml nat. yogurt and dsp jam (3) fruit.

Must go and read up on superfrees as I'm not really clear on this - I'm sure I don't have enough.

I'm focusing on that too this week. I believe as long as you have at least a third (to half ideally) a day that's OK so it doesn't have to be on each plate. I'm filling up with fruit and celery. Maybe experienced losers can advise?

Well done on the 4 pints so early in the day:T. Can I ask how you do your braised steak? Is it syn free? It's sauces I'm struggling with at the moment (trying to avoid oil and cornflour) and it may get worse as the winter kicks in and casseroles return in a big way.

yes its syn free. I just seal it quicky in a frying pan using frylight (but if im using cubed beef i dont usually bother)
Then I pop it in a casserole dish with a large sliced onion and a small one (more superfees lol) 1 veg cube and 2 oxo and enough water to cover then cook it at about 150 for as long as poss (2-3 hour if ive got time) this usually is enough time for the onions and juice to thicken themselves without needing anything else adding ;)

Theres a really good book you can get from group if you go to one (or online) thats only 2.95 called saucy secrets.....loads of free of very low syn sauces and dips. Also 'one pot wonders' now the colder weather is here.

If you check out the SW website there are stacks of recipes on there that you can take a look at for some inspiration.

dizzyk thats a fab idea for getting more fluids, im terrible for having a drink and usually just have 2 cups of tea and a small glass of squash at lunchtime which is not enough, i have never had lots to drink but it could help things along so might have to pinch your idea :)

Hi a tip I got from minimins is to add instant powdered potato to casseroles to thicken casseroles etc. It is free on green on EE and works a treat. I always find my slow cooker casseroles really watery before but last week added some smash for the last half an hour and the gravy was lovely and thick mmm might have to make another one soon!

Im not doing a weigh in on the wii fit again :( Had a sneaky look on monday and it showed a loss of 2lbs which I was thrilled with, but after doing half an hour training on there yesterday I did another body test and it showed Id put 2lbs on! done another one today and I have put another lb on so gained 3lbs in the last 2 days! but I have been so good, no chocolate/snakcs apart from fruit and a hifi bar stuck to the plan so Im not hopeful to have lost anything tonight infact if the wii is right I have put 1lb on :(
