Thanks so much for that! What did you search under? I must of been looking under the wrong thing or spelling it wrong.

Indian curried pork patties:-
serves 4
free on EE/Red
14syns per serving on green- 1 red chilli -de-seeded and chopped
- 4 spring onions-sliced
- 2 cloves garlic-peeled and crushed
- 2lb extra lean minced pork
- 2tsp ground cumin
- 2tsp ground coriander
- 3tbs chopped fresh coriander -I leave this out
- 1tsp ground ginger
- 2oz fat free natural yoghurt
- grated zest of 1 lime -I leave this out
- seasoning
- low cal spray -I leave this out
- 1 mango, peeled,stoned and diced
- 1/2 red pepper -deseeded and chopped
- 4tbs fresh chopped mint
- juice 1 lime
- for the burgers -mix 1-11 in a bowl and cover and chill for at least 30 mins
- shape into 8 patties -I chill again at this stage
- for the salsa -mix the ingredients and season to taste
now the recipe says to spray the patties with low cal oil and grill for 5-6 mins on each side ...
I don't use the oil and drop them into a non-stick frying pan to seal both sides and then put in the oven to bake !!!!
I can't vouch for the salsa as I don't make it!-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
Afternoon,
Very Disappointed! Gained 1/2lb last night - been 100% this week - can only say that it was the previous week catching up!
Going to the gym 4 times this week - minimum
Made my christmas wish - to get my 5st award by christmas! That means 1st 3.5lbs to go! I ideally wanted my 6st award but i don't think it is realistic!
Made a version of speed (dynorod) soup at the weekend and i had some last night - is it just me or do you find it really filling?
Bearing in mind i did put lentils in mine!
But in good news, i got a phone call today from someone offering me another job! Being head hunted! Just got to update my CV and email it to them!
Well done to all loosers & hugs to those who gain or sts x0 -

I am feeling positively virtuous now with the fact that I managed to resist buying anything to eat at the garage when I filled up with petrol, it is normally a big draw for me, the crisps in particular whilst i am standing there at the till. I am having some friends around for tea and cake later so I will be using my syns on some homemade cake, no clue how many it will be but as I have not had any other syns today I think I should be okay with one small slice!
I made some couscous today and put my thick and chunky dyno-rod soup on top and warmed it through in the microwave with about 1/4 pack of tesco smoked salmon flakes (the value ones, about 87p for a pack), it was nummy! I recommend buying that stuff, it is delicious to put into things like quark to make a dip or spread or lovely in a fish pie, mmm, fish pie!God is good, all the time
