Crewe was shocking on the way down so I doubt i'll get anything hot there this time, only hot food I could find on the way down was sausage rolls!
Like the laughing cow triangles idea, will nip to sainsburys in the morning and get some stuff. Breakfast at the hotel isn't great it's "continental" which I gather means lots of pastries and coffee with a nod towards breakfast ceral which I can't eat because I have a nut allergy.0 -
Hello all
Just stumbled across this thread - delighted to have found you! I am just coming to the end of my third week of SW, weighing in tomorrow evening. I have lost 7lbs so far, very happy with that.
I have had a challenging week with various celebrations, office cakes, evenings out and no time to walk the dogs as much as usually so a little apprehensive about tomorrow. Will come back to report the result.
Here's to a great week to all :TLeason learnt :beer:0 -

still doable hun
save a wholemeal roll from your HEB,syn 10g of butter (its loads!) and mix with crushed garlic and a twist of salt, spread it on your bread and stick it in the oven for a few mins!!0 -

Morning all
Had a great day yesterday but post-ping pong my belly swelled like mad and I felt a bit roughMy swelling belly started underneath my bra line and stuck out like a massive dart-players belly  Its gone down a bit tho now! Not a lot of veg in what I ate yesterday
Back on it today as a day off has made me feel tres rough!
Today is EE:
Breakfast, banana, pineapple, mango and yog
Lunch: not sure yet, but expect it to be beans on toast ( HEB) mushrooms and an egg , more fruit & yogs
Tea: Mexican meatballs,(inc onions) sauce made of peppers, onions, mushrooms, chilli etc, rice, salad, and taco shells (2x 2.5=5)
Other syns will be shortbread biscuits- not too bador french fries
Have a great day everyone! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
:( Not a good start to my week. Weighed in earlier this morning and the 2 lbs I lost last week (first week on EE) is back on again.
How come? I 've done more exercise last week, stuck to the plan and not one bad thing has passed my lips.
Do I stick to EE or change to original/green. Fed up now.:mad:0 -
Good morning all
Well after a week mostly off plan (my birthday, Dad's retirement party, Dad's birthday, Gran's birthday and then me having a bump in the car - totally my fault - gutted - didn't feel like eating "good food") I'm now back on plan and feeling very positive for a monday morning!
Hope everyone had a nice weekend and is ready for a great week ahead !0
