MacSmiler I am currently researching away and will report back imminently. It basically just needs to be lightweight, very foldable and comfortable enough for Wee Beasties not to complain about being stuck in them for walks.
dt1 I am also searching the legitimate sites for a good deal on GHDs, will be back in a bit.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
Three gifts left to buy0 -
DT1, this site seems to be the best offer until the end of October. Free shipping, MkIV straighteners, free thermal protector stuff and free travel bag/heat mat. And they're a genuine GHD partner - no fakes.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

how did the slocooker pig joint thingie go?
I've not made it yet. It's for Christmas. But I do have a smaller one that is from the 3 for £10 range that I will try with cola.Scottish ladies, the Family SS will be in Edinburgh on the 22nd November for a few days. Any builders want to show me their spirit levels? Or recommend cheapish centralish B&Bs for people who want to buy a cheapy crappy pushchair and not hire a car if we can avoid it?
Or recommend things to do for when we do want to hire a car and travel outside the city a bit?
:j:j:j:jOh my good golly gosh! Meeting the hairy builder named Sugar?! I'm up for that
No idea where to stay sorry.0 -

Afternoon,
Grrrrrrr CAFC, glad you're making a complaint, hope you told DH I knowine would want to know and help if possible.
Is anyone available to come and get the bacon out of my freezer? I'm stuck under a sleeping child.
Still nothing from work so rang the Dr for another weeks note.
I'm feeling much better, I just want it all over and done with now so I can move on.
Grandma has been spoiling Katie this morning, they had some dressing up shoes at Toddlers this morning which Katie loved so they came home via Home Bargains to get some.
So much for her Jungle Outfits being out of stock they arrived on Monday so are now located on the top of DH's wardrobe for Christmas.Proud to be dealing with my debts

Fluffy bum mums, what sort of liners (if any) do you use? I've been using the bambino mio paper ones, but don't know if they're that nice, as they seem to stick to madam. Do you reckon fleece would be a comfier option? If so, is it just a case of getting a cheapie fleece blanket and chopping it up?

i think weezl is one of the cleverest mummies I know. I see that you've written to them CAFC. As you can see I was so outraged I had to respond before reading the rest of the thread. :rotfl:
Aww you're so cute, and thankyou for your previous message, was really sweet and I had to go away because I got a big old fat bit of dust in my eye which needed immediate attention (read biscuits + tissues)MadDogWoman wrote: »Afternoon,

Well I would if he wasnt being a complete burk!
Given that he was ill, and I was all copious amounts of tea, letting him sleep in late etc.... I've now got the man flu. Actually sat on kitchen floor with my head in my hands waiting for kettle to boil. I've done everything with Landen bar one feed and change because I was making tea! Well actually I was making a lemsip but he caught me and asked for tea LOL
Anyway L has been whinging to the nth degree and i was losing the plot, just dont even making coherent sentences (and not just because I was talking to L!).....and he sat there for 2 hours playing F1 on the xbox..... I even said to him i feel really awful and you could help me by taking L for a bit as you're going out soon anyway... and got the man whinge "but I only just got this and never get any time to myself"..........
WELL DONT GET YOUR WIFE PREGNANT THEN!
IN FACT DONT GET YOURSELF A WIFE...
Cue tears from me (he was sat in front of tele on floor and me on sofa behind) so I just took L upstairs with me and put the clothes washing away while L sucked on DH's sock.... so i balled it up and put it in his drawer - gummy and wet NIIICE!
He's out at interview now, L keeps being sick.... I hate it....and wont go to sleep despite being really tied, he is at least now, quiet....and Gordon keeps trying to give me his monkey (no euphonism there!).....bless him:oWealth is not measured by currency0 -
