Cuddles for poorly Alfie and a big mug of tea for poorly Becles. Hope you both feel better soon xxx
Lovely photo of A too and good luck Michelle and other A with the contest.
I am feeling rather crampy this morning, didn't think it was that time again already
Molly likes to remove things from our indoor airer so if she's at home we either close the kitchen door and make sure we only go in when she's not looking and close the door behind us (it's the work of seconds to pull everything off, the little monster) or just use the dryer.
I have to go to the poxy office in a bit, just lazing about in the meantime. My oh so clever plan is to do all my paperworky stuff while I'm there because I'm just doing a final edit on my paper but need to stretch it out because I still have 2.5 weeks left before my contract ends. But I feel no guilt because the book project is going to stretch over and I'll be doing it unpaid. Mleh.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Same one William has, but I always have problems with the pipette dropper thing sucking up the right amount!!Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.0 -

*hugs* for Alfie, hope he gets better soon. I guess my main issue with BLW is that DH and I eat far too many ready meals so he won't be eating the same as us iyswim
He can sit up but not totally unsupported yet, altho he's not far off. And yes Michelle, he does have his highchair...and it is 'one of those'Mummy to Thomas born April 27th 2010 8lb 5oz0 -
Charlotte and Alice sound like such little sweethearts, I lovve hearing about what they're up to.
R.mac, A looks very happy out and about in your pic. I love the little rain suit too, so practical for jumping in puddles!
CAFC, I can't really sew (would love to) but the bag kind of looks like a rectangle made into a tube at the top, then an almost trapezoid shape pleated to make the bottom. It might be another rectangle though, it's kind of hard to tell. Cute bag though.
Big hugs for anyone feeling under the weather. Becles, glad to see that you're (almost) relaxing.
Poor old Sophie's got her jabs this arvo. Not looking forward to it, as it sent her 'off' for a while after the first lot.

Som - I think it was you who asked about swagbucks. I redeem whenever I have enough for an amazon voucher and then add it to my amazon account. My main reason being I want to make sure I've got them incase swagbucks go bust! I don't think they will but I'm very paranoid lol.
Gill - This was my thinking! just wondered if I was being paranoid. We started with puree for the first month till T coul hold and manouvre food to her mouth and then we changed over. Its amazing what they eat too, T loves bread sticks dipped in red pepper homous! Ikea do some long sleeve bibs two pack red and blue, i found theses great for the messier blw foods, and stacking cups are a big hit here too, so much so I want a 2nd set for Nana's.
Susan - A sounds so cute, hope T turns out to be as caring.
SJ - gentle hugs for porly Alfie x
Well still waiting for this parcel to be collected 3rd time lucky! hdnl are officialy useless. Did pop into work yesterday though and new boss confirmed as long as I do 20 hours I can stay on my current pay ratewoot! Fab cos thats what I want. I will be starting some KIT days at the end of the month to bring in a little extra cash before Christmas and ease me into retuning to work/leaving T
I know its for the best but the thought of leaving her so long is heartbreaking wish I could be a SAHM or WAHM, its only 4 hours a week to start but

Hugs for little Alfie. Hope the antibiotics kick in soon.
Hugs for Sophie - hope the jabs are as gentle as possible.Got a Tesco delivery coming this morning and I'm just going to potter about all day and hope I can shake this bug off.
Glad to hear it! I think you're well overdue a day of pottering about. I hope it includes putting your feet up.
Hopefully i'm doing no more than fixing L's drawers today - they're falling apart. I really want a trip to Ikea for some new ones, but will wait til OH is off and can [STRIKE]pay[/STRIKE] drive.:beer:0 -

Hugs Som, I took F into work with me yesterday to meet a colleague from work, so I can start preparing for the fact that I'm going back. My colleague's pregnant and will be going off about 6 weeks after I start back and I'm sooooo jealous!
We've looked at our finances, and it doesn't matter which way up I turn them, I'm going to have to go back full-time. I'm really not looking forward to it. It doesn't help that my colleague's talking about going back part-time when she returns either.
Becles - I hope you feel better soon.
Also hope Alfie's feeling brighter soon.
SS - Sending hot chocolate and a hug your way.
Gill - I've started on purees (more for DH and my peace of mind), but I'm hoping to start F on the blw very shortly. With Amelie, we used it as an excuse to make us eat more healthily and it really has worked as we've stuck to it (for mealtimes anyway!) 5 years later.
Hope Sophie's jabs go ok.
Michelle - Freddie loves the porridge too.
Not doing much today, got the HV at 12pm.Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky'

I thought for those occassions as well...
1.good to know
2. yay for suckable pouches
He cant sit up by himself yet, although hes getting much better at figure out the balance point, my mum is currently bidding on a bumbo and tray for him
What are you classing as a full feed? 9ozs? If so and you don't want to wean him yet have you tried hungry baby milk?
Also e is only just sitting up unaided now, I don't think they need to sit unaided to start weaning they just need to be able to sit whether it be in a bubo or high chair etc
As for jars, e is on jars, i find it easier at the minute, and i figure once food is established and he can have lumps etc then he can eat what we eat, he currently eats the hipp organic ones, he doesn't seem to like the cow and gate onesDebt £30,823.48/£44,856.56 ~ 06/02/21 - 31.28% Paid OffMortgage (01/04/09 - 01/07/39)
