I had a friend in sixth form who did karate and she said one of the rules was that you should only use it in self defence so I wouldn't think it would make her go round beating everyone up.

My fairies have a paperback copy of Gill Rapley's Baby Led Weaning book. It's the one that was free with one of the parenting magazines a while ago. No pictures or anything in it, but quite useful. Shout up if you would like it.

Kitkat- I used the ttctn anti colic bottle, and we used colief drops, and comfort milk till e was about 24 weeks old, and I found them very good, they helped with the wind a lot, they are a faff though, on the other side I don't know what worked if u know what i mean, wheter it was the drops, the milk or the bottles, we tried gripe water and infacol first and they didn't do anything for e

And because you are a fab helpful person too Susan No SB for me this morning and no answer from BP either (mind you, it isn't office hours yet, so on that front I'm being a bit impatient!) I'm still waiting for a redeem from Toluna since April (and the support log I raised with them in August hasn't been answered either). Maybe I should cut my losses and go back to entering competitions instead

I used to get out the milk for the following day's 10/10.30pm feed and put it in the fridge before I went to bed (so around 9pm) and we never had any problems. Assuming you defrost in the fridge, I can't see why it wouldn't last longer than 24 hours assuming you froze it fairly quickly given that it lasts six days in the fridge when fresh. Apparently when it does go off it smells pretty bad so is quite obvious. (But I don't know from experience as it never happened to us.)

It wasn't delibarate, just me being rubbish. Do you feel better today? How is Charlotte getting on at school? It must be everso weird!

Well we had a crap night as predicted, one of the highlights was e waking up at 2.45 having had a massive poo, didn't managed to get him back to sleep till 3.45 and that was after a bottle, he's a pooing machine at the minute!!!

Well it's blowing a hurricane and raining here today and i need to go out arch

I need to get dressed and go out. Still snotty and headachey and covered in massive welts from the mosquito bites but we're off to Gymboree and then onwards and upwards to see if I can get my Wies'n (Oktoberfest) lunch today!

:grouphug: I'm sorry you felt ignored when you were upset. I read the post I presume you are referring to this morning and just thanked it because I didn't really know what to say and didn't want to end up saying something which made you feel worse.
